Equipmentfacts is an American company that gives auctioneers a simple, cost-effective platform for simulcasting live, on-site equipment auctions to an international audience of bidders. Backed by Machinery Trader, TractorHouse, Truck Paper, and other leading marketplaces, the Equipmentfacts online auction solution offers an industry-specific bidding system that reaches customers actively seeking to bid online for new and used heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, trucks, trailers, attachments, and similar assets.
How Equipmentfacts Works
Auction listings appear on the Equipmentfacts.com website with photos, specifications, descriptions, and videos. The searchable, user-friendly site lets potential bidders contact sellers via phone, email, video chat, and popular apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Equipmentfacts staff will handle many of the most time-consuming aspects of bidder management on auction day, including uploading the sales day catalog, managing bidder registrations and approvals, submitting online bids to the auctioneer, and answering bidder questions. Bidders anywhere in the world can simply log on and bid directly from their computers.
Your Trusted Equipment Auction Solution
Equipmentfacts is a product of Sandhills Global, a worldwide information processing company headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. Established in 1978, Sandhills is well-known for its online platforms serving the construction, agriculture, commercial trucking, and aviation markets.
The company generally enjoys a positive reputation for its user-friendly online auction platform and efficient customer service, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their bidding experiences and prompt assistance when issues arise. However, several concerns have emerged, including frustrations with bid discrepancies, lack of acknowledgment for pre-bids, and occasional technical difficulties that hinder the bidding process. Customers also noted issues with communication and billing accuracy, particularly regarding buyer premiums. Overall, while the company demonstrates strengths in customer support and auction execution, addressing these recurring concerns could enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Bought on an online auction before and purchased a piece of equipment on this one. It worked again.
Very pleased with the machinery description and clarity by the auctioneer of the machine condition and bidding.
Thanks Steven!
Overall it's been working well. Sometimes the posted bid is slow at catching up to the auctioneer, especially at the beginning of each lot.
Thanks for the feedback!
Once you are on the auction and found your auction it's fine and works simple however seems to me now after the update it is more difficult to refine your search. I can pull up the ones in my area but can't figure out how to put them in order of when they will be. Instead it will be 1 week away then the next May show 97 days away then next May be 3 days away. Maybe there is a way to do that if so I'd gladly be a listening ear if you have any advice, I'm not the best at this stuff but do try. Overall bidding and scrolling through the auction page is of ease and am satisfied with that part just the finding the auction part and navigating seems more difficult then the old website or before the update. Thank you glad to do business with you, hope you have a good rest of your day!
Thank you for the feedback, Jaden

Did not win all bids but got one which was fine waiting for the invoice.
Seamless bidding. No problems
Was quick and accurate to complete
Glad you enjoyed the site.
Good service and nice auction always buying from this auction 👍👍
Thank you for the feedback, Abdulhussain!
Everything went smoothly and was really easy to bid. I will definitely be using Equipmentfacts again.
Thank you for the feedback, Justin!
Bid max bid and bought it for less than max bid! It was easy and quick to do.
Great to hear! That's the benefit of the max bid feature!
Didn't completely understand how the " pre- bidding worked but figured it out as sale went on, unfortunately it was to late on a couple of pieces I was intending to purchase. Now I know.
Glad you were able to figure it out!
It was easy to bid and a very good experience will definitely join other upcoming auctions
Thank you for the feedback, Robert!
I was bidding on repairable skid steers. The auction I was watching had several. I liked it that they had most of them bidding close together. I bid on 3 or 4 of them before I won one that fit in my budget. It was very nice that I didn't have to spend all day waiting for my watch items to come up. I am very happy with the way it went.
Glad this format worked for you Kelley!
I didn't have a pleasant experience. No where on the item page did it indicate there was a reserve or it was an "IF" auction. I guess all the items were "IF" and it was announced at the beginning of the auction. "IF" all the items have to be cleared by seller before selling them after the auction is it really and auction? Doesn't seem like the seller has anything to lose.
I AGREE THAT AN AUCTION SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GIVE THE MANS EQUIPMENT AWAY WITH LOW DOLLER AMOUNT BIDDING BEING DONE ON AN ITEM. BUT EQUIPMENT PRICES HAVE DROPPED TO 2008-2011 PRICES.
IT IS A WAST OF MY TIME TO WATCH AN AUCTION THAT RESULTS IN NO SALE BECAUSE THE MINIMUM HAS NOT BEEN MET. EVEN WHEN THE BIDS WERE FAIR FOR 2024 VALUES.
Thanks for the feedback Donald.
I liked everything about the sale especially the live video of what was selling and the Auctioneers were very good and could really understand them.
Thanks for the feedback Donald!
Was a good experience. No interruption in service. A little tough listening with 2 rings going but was a good visual experience
Thanks for the feedback, Butch!
What can I say other than it was easy to bid on line. I did have one question regarding the terms and conditions. Bidding on a Saturday on a Holiday weekend being able to make payment at the conclusion of the auction is difficult unless you are there in person. The gentleman that I spoke to was very helpful and very courteous.
Thank you J.
Glad they were able to help you!
Polk Labor Day auction. The auctioneer didn't sell in order as it was listed on the sale bill. And skipped a bunch of lots that I thought he was going back but after it was over I looked and they had be sold. Either sell everything in lot order as listed or don't mess with doing it. Missed two tractors because of the skipping that I'm pretty sure wasn't sold on the live feed. Why post them and they not sell them online
Dear Brent,
Thanks for the feedback! Things can change quickly on auction day, sometimes not all items are end up being sold online though.
Glad to hear yo liked it Neil.
