Site was easy to use

Site was easy to use. I received my White card and it appeared it was for use in QLD but when I called I was told that it is for all states. Perhaps an explanation about this in the form of a letter would be useful.

Easy to login and continue the course at the times that suited me. After the 134 questions, I then registered and paid for the course. Didn't relaize there qere extra audio and video questions to get through as well. But after my initial frustrations with Internet Explorer (Google Chrome worked well) and recording the audio answers, I eventually got through these parts fairly well. Assessments were done very quickly and the card was received very fast through the mail.

Convenient that u can pay after u complete it and also pause and restart at anytime is the bomb. Cheapest in the market on my research. Just one thing i did on my phone the format wasn't the best as I need to scroll up and down between the questions and the book

Online delivery.
The delivery of the course was convenient. In my humble opinion I think there were too many questions in the assessment, some of the questions seemed repetitive. Overall I would recommend the course.

Website worked very well
December 15, 2016

Website worked very well. The ability to switch between the information slides and the questions made it easy and is a logical way to answer questions. I also learned a lot about the importance of running a safe building site. I tried another company and the Q and A set up was vey cumbersome. When I set down to do their course their site had crashed and this wasn,t noticed by them till 2 days later. A lucky escape for me to be able switching to this course. Regards, Frieda

The online course is easy to follow and complete questions are clear and easily understood. Howevwe there is no information about additional payments I had to make for printing receiving and authorising documentation, so the published price is not the final cost of the course.

They billed me before I even finished the course

They billed me before I even finished the course.
Second when I was trying to book the phone asssment, they all booked and full since 13 October, I contacted them, they said they are sorry I have to wait for the next available appointment which is 13 November, they had to notify me that's gonna happen before taking my money not after, not professional it's a rude way of dealing with clients

The over all experience was good though i had to get my certificates resent out to me because when i received the first ones in the post they were all damaged. When i spoke with the lady on the phone from EOT i asked if they are able to put a hard piece of cardboard in with the certificates and she said no as i was the first person to have complained regarding this issue of damaged certificates. Well this is something u need to look in to.

Being able to refer back the relevant section of the training manual by clicking on the slide prompt was a great help when answering questions.
Being able to do the course from home was another fantastic benefit.
I would have liked some better customer service though. I contacted EOT twice via the website to seek confirmation that my audio assessment had been received, but no one got back to me. I couldn't understand why an icon for the audio assessment read, "Resume" after I had completed it. Days later, it has still read, "Resume", so I can only assume that it hasn't uploaded. Apart from that, I think this is a great way to gain a qualification.

Material covered all aspects of the industry. A lot of questions to answer. The web site has some issues. I had to redo some recordings twice and the video does not work at all. I had to do it over Skype witch took over 2h25 min to set up.

Reliable web site, very well organised information, great ability to swap between questions and information slides, very reliable saving of progress and ability to resume questions. Really well set out. Well done and thank you. Couple of factual errors in the answers (e.g. The bar staff member in the drunk customer scenario didn't actually say all the things that were listed in the correct answer choice).
I also would have appreciated some more prior warning that I would need to complete the audio recordings and scenario test in order to tick all the training boxes. I.e. I thought I was completely finished when I completed the learning and quiz modules, then discovered that I needed to upload the audio files and answer the questions on the case study video.

It's was easy to follow except for the fact I have 2 other aspects of the course to do which I wasn't aware of until I'd finished the questions. I can't watch the video on my iPhone without adobe and I can't download it. So I'm trying to find a computer I can use to do this.

The questions were easy to complete

The questions were easy to complete. I think the audio assessment was unnecessary and silly and shouldn't determine if you pass, as every situation and person is different with that said you can follow a certain guideline and say all the right things but it just depends on the person and how to preceive it.
