Express Online Training

I was a bit taken aback with the additional assessments and the delay in reviewing of which was done after a follow up. But after the assurance and immediate assistance was given on the follow up, it was a satisfying process overall. Thank you and much appreciated.

Very easy to read the laws then go and answer the questions. I have a stutter and was able to answer the verbal questions over the phone to one of your staff. She was very patient and made me feel at ease to answer the questions.

While the online learning was simple and straight forward, the process of getting the card was slightly misleading. However, when finalised the process was easy. But you can't get your certificate as soon as you finish.

It was confusing as I thought I had passed when I'd answered the questions, chosen a certificate format and paid the fee.
When I tried to print it I found there was an audio test and and visa confirmation. Then there was another test to complete that I hadn't been aware of.
I think the additional test must be made explicit on checkout, or before checkout and choosing the certificate let us know what else needs completing.

I find the phone assessment a huge challenge. Give me a real live situation, and the course of action is obvious to me, and I can do it. But the voice on the phone describing a theoretical scenario...I just can't do it.

Awesome experience. The site is easy to navigate. The resources were the highest standard I have seen and I am a trainer & assessor. So the answers to all of the questions were all in the resources. This was great.

Firstly, i learned a lot of things like how to follow signs into working site. For example like prohibited and mandatory signs etc.
Secondly, safety first using PPE like hard hat,earmuffs,high visibility vest and goggle for eye protection.
And lastly, the people involve in the working sites and function like supervisor,first aider and etc.

The price and training was the absolute best i have found. However the payment came out for my training card and certificate came out before i finished the last questions which they did not give me warning about.

The training is very comprehensive. Service is reliable, instructions are very clear and detailed. Follow on is very good until we receive the card at home. Overall highly satisfactory service to the money.

We were very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout the whole procedure. Being able to do it online and having the results straight away, took the pressure off, having to have the results within 24 hours. Highly recommend EOT to anyone who is interested.

Worst website for RSA! So complicated and tedious, taking ages to process the audio assessment, and there is never an available time slot for the phone assessment request! I gave up my money spent on EOT and chose other website, where I got the RSA within 24 hours. Will never come back and will tell everyone I know how horrible EOT is!

You only care about making more money by asking customers to update their package!

Easy and well organised.
I would suggest to disclose the whole price of the training including certificate and card from the beginning.
I started the training with the preparation of spending $39 but ended up with $57. As all the particulars (certificate and card) are important after completing the training one should know the whole cost before starting the training.

The discount for the RSA was welcomed. I like the the option of the RSA with the certificate download. I also enjoyed how the course content was worded and set out in a way which allowed easy comprehension of the points being conveyed.

Simple interface and easy to review the slides where a reference or answer needs to be revisited or clarified

There is a section where you need to make an audio recording and another section where you need to make a video

Once you get the hang of it, it's a great way to do a course

The experience was extremely positive. The course was clear and concise, the materials were accessible, the online service allowed flexibility and assistance if needed. Instructions were direct, relevant, brief and comprehensive.

The package containing certificate I received was terribly folded even torn, my certificate is also torned from one side.
I thought I was paying $ 31.5 to get the white card but in the end I was asked for $18 more which was not told to me before starting the course.

Easy to follow course material
The course was the easy part I was surprised by all of the addition paperwork required to actually receive the white card. If this could be simplified it would be a bonus.

Online format: Occasionally there are proofing errors, and sometimes the cursor in the free-text bar is unresponsive, and to write in an answer you must find some other way (like using the Tab key, or scrolling down using the Arrow keys and repeatedly clicking on the box).
