The experience was relatively painless. The course did not take long to do. The majority of the course is about using one's common sense. The process from start to finish to simple and I did not have any hassles with it.
Able to do it Online has been great.
However i needed it fast for a job interview which came up quicker than expected.
I accidentally did the other states instead of the state i needed, so hence had to do it all again.
After completion of all the questions, i had the phone part to do which was the let down at the end.
I missed the job as i have to wait about a month to finish the final question which is a phone interview type questioning. So now i miss out on the Christmas and NYE jobs due to not having anyone available to do the phone question interview. So that a major let down. There is no availability for one month which means i have to wait one month until someone is available so i can get my certificate. That part is a let down.
It was a great and pleasant experience. Once I have started the course online I was so hooked to finish it. Informations were helpful specially when you read it all before starting the course. Thank you.
Was a stimulating experience that was easy to do in a methodical way. The support was excellent and timely when required and I would recommend to anyone who was interested in pursuing this type of course.
The safety sign means that all work group must use the helmet (personal protective equipment). They must use this PPE, because the hazard on this construction site is to fall or fly objects on their head and the helmet would protect their head
Initially, the online assessment ran smoothly, however navigating the web site is not straightforward.
The layout is confusing and I don't feel the process around the time that would be required for your marking system was made clear before commencement. The payment occurring in the middle of the course with no advice at that time that there was another component to complete further compounded the confusion.
Now, there is no capacity on your site to book a time for a call for the 2nd oral assessment and I am still unable to complete this certificate.

Excellent comprehensive course content. Crystal clear and simplified content for a 2nd language learner like me. In my view the Course covers all aspects of WHS within construction and other fields/industries. I also liked the easy navigation through the course and in finding answers to questions. Slides review pop ups were very helpful. Questions are formulated in a clear and precise way and all relevant to the content of the Course.
Unfortunately they don't tell you that the 59$ package is is enough and it costs extra shipping.
And I received my parcel ripped open, so all paper docents were ripped apart and useless... I paid 15$ for nothing and they don't even offer a refund.
The course is thorough and informative with clear instructions...not sure how anyone could fail as long as they do the reading with the attitude of wanting to learn and understand the responsibility that is attached to serving alcohol.
I needed to get a construction white card to allow me to complete other units of training. Being able to complete the training on-line has helped immensely. The course provided plenty of highly relevant literature which was easy to read and understand. The training was relevant to my needs. The delivery of the Induction Card was very efficient.
Easy to use, great content. The earliest available date for the phone call scenario assessment for RSA was 3 weeks after completing the online component. After calling the office they were able to organise one in 48hrs. Happy with the overall experience.

I was able to gain my RSA quite quickly and easily online. It was also affordable because I used an offer to beat the cheaper price of an other online provider.
Great to be able to do online the only problem I have is not knowing everything up front.Let people know at the beginning of whatever course they are doing what they need at the end of the course, so if they need a stat dec, certified proof of id with what course they are doing finding out at the end was a pain in the artery.

Easy to navigate and easy to complete.
The only thing was that it was a little unclear that the actual white card would be sent out so we ordered the completion card which was a bit unnecessary.

Great experience, easy to use website and very easy to navigate through, the test itself was cheap to do but didn't realise that you had to pay further money for a certificate and little card! But still a great website and great company to deal with
Quite a long process, prepare yourself for a few hours to complete the initial 136 questions, put time and effort into your audio and video assessments, for the approval process can take up to 4 business days between each assessment, then if you need to resubmit any answers it can take that time again. If you need the whitecard in a timely manner I suggest upgrading your service to 'priority' so that you can book in your last assessment - the phone call at the end. Appointments to book in a phone call as at 15.05.20 were not available to a standard customer for a 2 week period with appointments only available to priority customers, there was no forecast after this time. Overall, you can complete this in a few days around work but it will only be efficient if you upgrade your service.
Too many emails in regards to having to explain to too many different people I didn't require a visa. I completed my audio assessment and there was no 'submit' option so I got an email saying I need to complete it. Had to provide screenshots so I would get my certificate. Too much hassle but I got it in the end
Easy straight forward and informative. The certificate came crumpled and damaged, they did not use a a cardboard backing to protect. Australia Post do not honor the "Do Not Bend" notices, they never have and never will.
