Nice and easy to complete the course. But long wait to be marked the audio assessment part 1. Very hard to find suitable dates for audio assessment part 2. My financial condition is so poor that is why I was doing RSA but too long to process to get the certificate.

Very informative but it takes longer than expected. In hindsight it would have been more time effective to do an actual day course. I only did online as I was working so had to do in my spare time. I spent many hours more than expected getting this online course done.

The help was there reading and spelling for me was hard but with help was able to try complete most on my own knowledge very happy I enjoyed the course and it was fast and easy. Didn't read the last msg properly where I had to do the phone one but got it done in the end

Working at my own pace helped me to better focus as there was no timeline pressure. The course was easy to navigate through and the staff who answered my calls were friendly and very helpful. I would use eot for any future online courses I may do.

Very disappointed that besides living in Victoria I've received a qld white card. I think your website needs to clearly point out this fact. I'm unsure if the vba will accept my white card for my owner builder application as it's not a Victorian white card.

After receiving my white card I was disappointed to find it was a qld company as I'm in nsw. I understand that it is a nationally recognised course but if I was made aware at the time I would have looked else where.

Im getting the white card from outside Australia, but this site does not allow me to get it before entering Australia.
On the other hand, my friend, who tried to get the white card from another site, successfully obtained it.

I would prefer to get it before entering Australia or better to unify the rule.

Easy to follow. Disappointing to receive a card as well as the white card and not be told during the payment options that the card would have been sufficient instead of paying extra for the "white card".

It was intuitive and was great to be able to complete the course in a couple of sessions, the video and audio sessions were easy to complete, would definitely use again for any other training I require.

Easy to follow course and notes.The first two parts of the course were great, however when I got to the third part I had to speak with an assessor on the phone (I ended up speaking with 2 different people because I had to call back twice to get through this part of the course), the first assessor I dealt with left me feeling very stressed (hence my 3 star rating) and the other was amazing.

eot.edu.au, has a common sense approach. Very happy with the professional and supportive approach. No time wasting or delay with postage of final certificate. All in all a top class service. My overall time saved by doing this course online compared to a same day course was a total of 50% time saved...

Course was fine. Phone questions questionable due to poor quality recording on voice over. Customer service was very very poor when chasing up issues. Forms on Web site need to be easier to access/find.

I had attempted to get my RSA on a different website and not only was it more expensive it was extremely difficult to understand and very time consuming. I was able to complete my training on this site in one sitting and found everything extremely easy to understand. Would 100% recommend it.

The videos provided in the course material really helped me to understand the content. The certificates were delivered very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for helping me with this course :)
