Express Online Training

Being older and not very good at reading and writing I tend to take things literally and in some cases do not see the true message in a sentence or question. I found your examiners very helpful in their replies to my submissions.

I have enjoyed the RSA course and will be using it to train my staff. As a charity focussing on men and women who are homeless, doing this course will be a great advantage to them when they are looking for a job.

Excellent referencing to training material relevant to questions. Unfortunately the questions by phone didn't happen until after I emailed a query. I got an immediate response however and everything worked well after that. A bit of a glitch in the system I suspect.

Great support available, I still need to do my verbal over the phone assesment, once i printed the note book slides it was so much easier for me. I am nearly sixty and only doing this to be a helper at the bar while the men do the heavy setting up at the sporting field for and hour or so. I have found it very interesting

I loved learning about how to professionally deal with patrons who were intoxicated when entering the bar.I loved how the training would allow me to try and correct my mistakes and how it also included some videos.

Easy and effective process with a simple to navigate online platform. The certificate was creased when it arrived and in such a state that i wouldn't even display it... it just went in a drawer. Use some cardboard or something when posting out your certificates.

It was very informative and covered all aspects. But as I received it by mail the post man left half of the envelope stuck outside my mailbox and it got very wet from the rain as did my certificate and receipt now its dry it has water marks on it.

It was easy to know what to expect as I had done my RSA with you. Next on my list will be my white card... Just need to get the money first.

Extremely easy to follow and one of the cheapest ones I have come across. I told my new employer about it and they were gobsmacked with the price. Their staff were paying $55 and upwards WITHOUT a certificate.

Quite indepth and covers a very broad area of topics. Fairly easy to navigate through the course online and very friendly people available over the phone if you need further assistence. I have no hesitation in recommending eot training to others.

Website needs to document that if more than one person completing training from the same office that the phone questions cannot be done from the same phone as it remembers the 1st person who rings - this was frustrating.

There was also the inability for my boss to pay as a group and we had to pay seperatly.

Otherwise a good course and easy to complete online.

I would certainly recommend EOT to anyone looking to gain their Construction industry white card,the process was easy to understand and gave me the confidence to work on any construction site in a safe manner.
Upon completion I recieved my card via mail promptly and ahead of schedule.
Highly recommended.

Flexibility of doing it from home, clarity and conciseness of the course. I did however feel that if you have a phone system you should have staff to answer the phone. I made several calls and never managed to speak to anyone. Then after frustration i sent a message.

Easy to complete, but pricing and wording misleading. No mention of phone assessment prior to paying for course, then low and behold you need to pay more to get a booking within three weeks to do the phone assessment.
