To complicated process - other over services of "Not being able to proceed till question is incorrect" rather than your site allowing sumbmission then waiting 3 days, getting incorrect correct answer, waiting another 3 days and so forth.

However BE AWARE there are more video/audio questions, and that you'll need access to helmet, hi-vis, ear and eye protection to complete this module (video assessment).
They don't mention before u pay, the phone assessment that is booked out for 1 month. Then the call goes for an hour. Do a face to face
I needed a White Card asap. I passed my course in 4 hours, that's including organising a JP to witness and sign all relevant documents. The course was very easy to navigate due to the way it is structured. At the same time I learned a great deal in construction health and safety and the laws that apply.
I am very happy with the training course as it was easy to understand and the questions were easier to answer with the information part too read through in order to find the right answers to each question. I enjoy how quick it is to complete and the amount of knowledge I was able to learn and keep for future use was great. I will definitely be doing Any other courses through this training site in the future.
Your ask for feedback after the 137 multiple choice questions instead of at the completion of the white card course. Of course your going to get good feedback at that point as you are lead to believe thats the course complete. Then there are the audio and video questions
You should provide a tracking number for the card and certificate since it takes you a further 21 before one is replaced free of charge if lost. There is no proof you actually sent one in the first place
1. I haven't done a course for YEARS and certainly not on-line so I was happy that I could go at my own pace and move about easily. I did enjoy the whole exercise.
2. The marking procedure was nicely done with big green ticks :) (and, yes, I got two red crosses, one because I hadn't quite understood the question and thought it was a trick one and the other because I'd got over-confident and rushed through it, not reading the multiple choice answers properly.
2. My only frustration/criticism is the manual that was 80 pages long - that's a lot of mouse scrolling! It seemed very American in style with a lot of repetition. I would like to see it re-written and condensed to about 50 pages. I'm even happy to put my hand up for that!
Given an overall percentage of the correct answers. I know if 3/4 are wrong and the 4th is right, the applicant should still be placed on a percentage graph? And a final score given at the end. All or most courses average a 70+% pass.
NSW RSA Course was easy to follow, quick to do and very thorough. Loved it! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great online course for the best price! You can even get them to send you your certificate in card form for the wallet!
I am a citizen of the United States of America. The course was taken in order to fulfill a requirement of entering a construction site that I was taking no part in constructing. I do believe that everyone should have some common knowledge of safety in a construction area. But the "red tape" that we had to cut through to set up our equipment was a little overkill. It took two days to get my White Card.
Easy to use, comprehensive, great price. You cannot listen back to your online audio and video submissions which was frustrating because mine didnt work and it delayed the process needing to do it again. Overall good though and outcome achieved.
Pros: 24/7 online access was very convenient. The course notes were really helpful.
Cons: there were no warnings that the wallet sized card would be an extra 16$ additional fee. There were no warnings that an audio and video assessment were required after payment, and until completed you have not 'passed' and you will not be attaining your certificate (even though the website claims that you won't be charged until you've fully passed the course). While I don't mind the extra steps, I wish there was available information.
Overall was satisfied.
My experience overall was fine, but I think the check list needs to be given at the start, before even the commencement of the course. This would outline the documents needed early so as to recieve my qualifications much earlier, or in my case, a week earlier.
Other than that, the convenience of completing my white card online was great and also the prompt replies to my emails were much obliged.
I found the audio assessment a little frustrating as I was unable to go back into certain notes to check answers, before I did the test, and there was very little help in the type of replies one might say. I didn't expect a script but it was a bit unclear.
Also I paid the money thinking I had finished as per the prompt then realised I still had 2 modules to complete I thought that was misleading.
The dates for the Auduo assessment were very few and would be difficult if you were in a hurry
Pay when you pass is a scam, I paid and did not receive a white card! Nothing has been received, all they did is take my money!
Simple and easy
No practical element of learning how to make any drinks, but you learn all you need to know about the responsible service of alcohol and are assessed via online tyts and live phone call final test
It was extremely user friendly, informative and a very positive experience in general. Only thing that we wish had been different was that you would post direct to countries outside of Australia, as we had to have our white card posted to a friend who lives in Australia and she now has to post it to us in South Africa.
It's easier to get the training but they didn't maintain the step. After finishing step 1,2,they jump to the step 4(enroll) and 5 (payment section).step 3 was audio and video assessment. But the told that no pass no pay. But overall, they are good. I got my white card today. Thanks.
Quick, simple and convenient only thing i would suggest at the end of the multiple choice and start of the phone assessment you should have the after hours number to leave a message for the phone answer. Didn't know how to contact till i got an email a few hours later.
