The training provides alot of useful tools to apply in any jobs. It made it clear to me that safety and good communication skills in any work environment is very important. Furthermore, the training that i have obtain will help me in a busy working environment

Easy format to follow.
First time lve done anything like this on line, l was warned it was hard and there was some very bad services anout but this was a breeze very straight forward. I like the price matching and payments at the end. Was so happy with my experience l gave all your details to my employment job seekers provider to use for all their clients. Worked around my work schedule, where I didnt have to take time off work. And now I am start with my new job on a construction site as I've reveived my white card within 3 days of completing all that was needed to be sent through, course was well set out and gave me a little more confidence as I knew all the answeres

It was a good experience overall. However, Audio Assessment 1 took 2 days to mark. If you want to fast track and mark it within two hours, I think you have to pay $35 extra to get it done straight away and get your Audio Assessment 2 ready.
I would recommend eot.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was very comprehensive and covered all requirements. The instructions were very easy to understand and follow. Great service from beginning to the end and satisfying customer expectations and beyond. Well done EOT.

Better feed-back would be helpful otherwise it was a good experience. I was surprised that once I thought I'd finished the course there was a message to say that I hadn't completed a verbal series of questions, looking at them I had done these so I had to do them twice - a glitch or oversight on your part?

It was great because I could come back and complete the questions when I was able to. It was a very informative and positive course. But for my audio assessment it wouldn't load properly which was the only down side and made it drag out.

Having online to acquire R.S.A. Course most satisfying and so convenient than alternate class room option to obtain this course. EOT very professional when asking for assistance to components of this course. I highly recommend to people requirng qualifications to select EOT as their choice.

The verbal training part was fine, but the video showing PPE should not be a requirement. Problems with people like myself are -
Live remote - did not have any PPE at home, closest town 50 km away
Internet access - doesn't always function consistently

I found the course easy to follow and the overall experience with eot.edu.au very professional. Once completed, I received the certificate of attainment immediately and the card several days later. Very satisfied thank you.

1 - The course was simple to understand & I like its simplicity while communicating the learning.

2 - Was a bit confused with the first assessment question, but the tutor was excellent and re-worded the question in a very clear manner. Once the ambiguity was removed, I was able to answer the question correctly.

3 - The course wasn't too long or too short.

Great to be able to do the training online and complete it in 1 night.
The audio answers I had to record took about 10 minutes each to upload. So there was about 1.5 hours just uploading the files. I think if I did something similar I would call the phone number and answer the questions over the phone.

Ability to go back and review sections, also ability to print out the complete training manual.

It would be better to know about the USI requirement before starting the course.

Regards to shopping, the only items received and expected was the certificate and the card.

It was a worse decision for me to do RSA with EOT. It will take one month for me to finish last audio assessment. They don't have any available date before one month. If I would do the RSA from any Center, I would get it within few days and here I am not getting any chance to finish my course. I am stuck in my job because of this.

It was fast and easy to understand. This email though, looked like spam and i wasn't going to even open it. Not many people will understand an email from shopper approved it from an online course they've completed.

It was very covenient to undertake EOT's white card test from home. I was particularly impressed by the ease of recording my verbal answers and that it was all approved over a weekend, which meant I was ready to start work on Monday.

I am very happy about your on line service.But after issued the white card i am not satisfied about quality of white card. Because most of my work mates have good quality white cards for long hold. Example they are build with good material just like credit cards. White cards for long term using.my previous blue card all so very good condition just like a bank card.
