Was an easy informational online training, prompts were easy to follow and delivery was quick, just disappointed at the state of my delivery, recieving a certificate that was all creased and looks disguisting something i don't want to present to future employers!
Ease of use yes it was easy to do it on line had id been told up front i was getting a Queensland white card and not a nsw white card i would not have done it complete waste of money i feel ripped off you should tell people up front they are getting a Queensland card not nsw card putting a form in with the card to explain the queensland card at the completion ripoff i say i would like a refund but dont like my chances
Easy online process, audio section was a little difficult as I was led to believe instuctions/questions were in audio form as stated when I started this section.
Video section was easy to follow especially with the training video included as an example.
The course content is rich with information relevant to the course itself and most importantly to the industrial Occupation Health and safety knowledge and requirements.
The training is structured to make the trainee gain knowledge in industrial Occupation Health and Safety.
My experience with EOT Was excellent, the assistance given to me was helpful and stepped me through the whole process. The delivery of my product was swift and allowed me to get straight into the work force with it.
Did the RSA certificate and did the final audio questions five days ago and am still waiting for conformation of my exam. Have had two emails implying I havn't done the test yet after I did it three days ago and got an email advising me that my test had been received!
The course was easy to follow and do.
You were given second chance if you got the answer wrong.
When it came to do the video questions it was easy to follow and send.
Overall I was happy with presentation of the course and if need to do other training I would be happy to do it with EOT training.
Well set out, easy to follow and the material was easy to understand. The assessment was thorough and I completed the course confident in my ability not only to apply the principles to my own work, but to hrlp others.
I have paid for my certificate but a week later I am told that I haven't completed the course! So i haven't got what I paid for.

Why wasn't I told this before I paid?
It was simple and easy to follow.
After checking a few sites for prices I found eot.edu.au were the best.Also found that the course was so economical to do by restarting the course at my own liessure. I personally would use eot.edu.au to obtain more products when I need to. Thank you eot.edu.au for helping my confidence to get the card I needed.
I thought I was getting a Victorian white card but it was from Queensland.It was completely useless to me as I needed it so I could get an owner builders license with the VBA so now I have to do another course because they wont accept cards not issued by worksafe victoria.A lot of time wasted.
If I had known that I was getting a Queensland white card I might have not done it. I know it's acceptable nationwide but still, eot never actually stated they were sending a Queensland one till I got it, feels like a sloppy misleading marketing scheme

Gave accurate answers but was not satisfies and ask for apend again for periority booking. I am jobless still has to pay 2 times and lost my job. Because dont have any more money for periority booking and so has to wait until 12th august for next phone assessment. Other websites only take 10% online assessment. No phone assessments and they are cheaper. So I stucked after paid you 2×times nearly $200. Very disappointing.
The overall experience was okay. However I believe that EOT needs to be a little more clear about the entire process and how you need to complete an audio and video assessment BEFORE you are sent your certificate. Price is okay, however there is discounts at different times, which can be annoying once you go to pay and the price has increased.
Thieves. The whole point of trying to get this certification is to learn the skill and yet the final assessment has to be a role play. The teacher Patrick called me, spoke so fast and then said ready. He commenced the role play and after 2 back and forths he started to talk about rebooking. I didn't even realise till half way thru his explanation he was failing me. How am I meant to know how much back and forthh we were meant to have in this fake scenario. If he asked me questions I would have been able to answer but because I couldn't act it out within 2 min he said I have to do everythign again and rebook. After asking for his help cause I didn't even understand what I did wrong he hung up, no goodbye. This is my first certification attempt and schooling since highschool 16 years ago and never in my life have I experienced a teacher dismiss someone so quickly.
I went to a new website, did the same training and recieved a certificate that same day. EOT took a week to get done waiting on them to respond to video uploads and booking phone tests. What a waste of time.
I emailed a complaint and asked for a refund. Which
I got a really disappointing response declining the refund because they "granted access to the material" I should have to pay. Yet all this "material" is free online and the new website also gave me this material yet I was certified with them by that same afternoon.
This school offers no support to help you learn or if you make a mistake in the fake acting role no reasoning or guidance.
Horrendous.
AHAWA site was easier and I was certified the same day. Go there.
I paid my money, followed the guidelines and completed the course...took several hours. Confirmation of the various sections took several days. I submitted personal ID details and uploaded video responses including the required ID details on my passport. I also completed the audio section as requested. Some days later I was notified that I had not completed the audio section and that I had not submitted my ID details. Eot do not have any contact details whatsoever on their website. They say that if you have trouble submitting the audio then you should call them on the phone...They have no phone. There are plenty of other white card issuers out there...don't waste your time and money with these crooks
Information I wasn't aware of it would have been beneficial to have been made aware that the last part needed video or camera access. Also would be beneficial to know that there may not be anyone available to answer the phone during weekends and WST.
Overall, the experience was great. Having to gather identification documentation and having it sighted by an approved person was painful, but due to our laws it was necessary. I guess I'm a little bit lazy lol. Overall a great experience and I'll recomend Eot to my friends.
All information supplied so was basic with following instructions. But delays with recieving assesment as it claims to be an express course were misleading as i hav to wait a month for final phone assesment. An i hav had to do another rsa online elsewhere as my employer required my rsa asap. Bit disapointed
