Being a newby to online courses I had a bit of confusion, it was all clarified by phone to a counselor. All the staff were obliging, most helpful and curteous. The course was then easy and receipt of certificates was almost instant.
I reveiced excellent service from the young man I dealt with at EOT. Could not have asked for better service. Very grateful for the help, and thank you for the super fast response I received.

While doing the theory I wasn't aware that there would be a 2-3 Week wait in order to complete the audio assignment. I needed the RSA certificate the following few days. I was under the impression, 'Apply now and have an RSA by the end of the day'. This was very disappointing, I applied on another site and I was sent my certificate the following day.
When I finished the online assessment,
Provided all documents,
Only the phone assessment is not complete,
I though the company will call me for the phone assessment,
Because they didn't have any instruction about the arrangement,
It wasted me 7 days to wait for their call.
Until I leave a message to ask why I still can't get the white card,
They tell me I need to call them by myself.
They should provide the procedure of the phone assessment.
They say you can get a whitecard in a day. It has taken 2 weeks. You need to make an appointment for a phone via the phone and the person doing it is not curteous or polite and treat you as if you are inconvieniencing them. A big waste of two weeks and money. If you find somewhere you can do it in person them choose that over this company.
Unfortunately not a good experience and not a product I would recommend to anyone working in the building industry.The site suggest an express process/system which to gain a White Card. This is a contradiction in itseld given the amount of work required.
Reading the course content and answering 135 questions in itself takes considerable time, but to have to complete an audio assessment of 4 questions totalling 12 questions then a video assessment all up takes around 2 days. I found the lack of support during the process, non-existant. I should have done what I will be doing and just go and do the face to face training. I work in the building industry and I will be sharing my experience and striong advise to undertake face to face training and not through your site.
Very easy to follow, disapointing you asked when I was due to start work and I answered within 7 days, but you couldnt expidite the card. Still, lucky I received it in 4 days anyway and was able to start work.
Quick and easy. I had some problems on site when they wouldn't accept the statement of attainment as I hadn't received my card as yet. This was no fault of the provider, as I was on site the day after I obtained my statement of attainment.
I would have preferred a NSW only card. I can understand why you issue a Qld or WA card but I specifically wanted a NSW card. I do not remember being given an option. I do not intend to work interstate
Far to difficult for an older person 77 like myself who only needed the product for a small job. Not really your problem as this was brought about by government laws.

Very worthwhile. Apart from a few slip ups on my part - not reading thoroughly before completing - I thought the courses were thorough and good. Happy that I have upgraded.
Great course, quick easy and really simple to follow. Made getting the necessary qualifications a breeze. Low cost was also a bonus! Definitely will recommend.
Slightly deceptive in that you are asked for feedback after the written part without being fully aware of how many further steps are required to be completed.
Application of work safe in any site where working, how to identify hazard, policies and procedures on what to do if there is an incident. Government regulations with regards WAS and HIS. Etc
It would be good if the training certificate can be obtained in express time (let's say about 2 business days,.) at reasonable cost instead of asking extra $ 35.
I think this is a much more convenient way to do the required training especially from home. I'd definitely recommend it to others. Quick and easy also.
Clear concise information made finding the answers to any question i needed help with relatively easy. Which really helped make the whole process quick and user friendly.
Clear and understandable instructions though I found the audio section quite a challenge to follow! Generally I gained satisfaction from successfully completing this course
