Certificate should be on a thicker or laminated paper to keep it safer from getting damaged easily. On the envelope it says do not bend however I received mine half bent.

Well designed web sight which had great support functions for the course. As I am completing the course over a couple of weeks it is convenient to have this option

Very quick an easy education that provided detailed information enabling me to have a complete understanding of the course.

Only negative was that the certificates i received were bent.

Overall was a good experience, would've been nice to be mailed a cardboard or firmer papered version of certificate instead of what i can print off myself at home.

This is supposed to be express but I have to wait about a month to get my rsa and I'm missing out on opportunities because of how long it takes to do the phone interview

Just needed a refresher, especially since the new laws that were implemented last year, but I think they will be a positive change for the youth of Australia who seem to have a binge-drinking culture

Training suitable for the qualification. The main issue I had was at the checkout which led to confusion when the site reported errors with the card I used. I then I received multiple receipts, though I wasn't charged more than once. It meant I had to check I wasn't charged more than once with EOT.

The course was very clear and the IT worked well. The manual was mostly about new build timber frame with brick veneer or other cladding. We are renovating so limited value to us.
