Decided to give them a try seeing as I could save 20$ when I spent over 105$. Product ordered. 6 days later received the email saying my product is on back order. Like all other pet owners, we order something that we need, and timely. Now trying to cancel the order is the best part. Seems you can't without talking to someone. And trying to talk to someone? Yeah, that's impossible. If you call the number, you are out on hold, and then after 5 minutes of being on hold you have no choice but for them to call you back…allegedly. I also have sent them an email saying I want my order canceled. Just doesn't seem like a good company, and listen to others…pay full price elsewhere, and don't give this company your business. Cause odds are, you won't get what you want anyways.
Tried calling them countless times on a weekday, starting in the morning. NEVER got anyone to answer or call me back until many hours later. I had filed a complaint because I've never had a company just not answer the phone or take many hours to return a call. Finally got a call back late afternoon to let me know they're short staffed and that the medication is actually not in stock. So I canceled the order and asked them not to call again. Fast forward to a couple days later and they actually called me and had the balls to give ME a hard time about why I filed a complaint against them. They were upset because someone got back to me eventually and didn't understand why I would be upset that this was a time sensitive matter and no one at their company answered the phones or called back until at least 5 hours later. I was shocked that this was their response UNTIL I looked at other reviews and realized they're just a terrible company. Avoid them at all costs!
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
I ordered a 6-month supply of Simparica Trio in September. After ordering, they said they couldn't get an electronic Rx, I would need to send them a paper one. After weeks of waiting, I saw an email saying they said they couldn't see the attachment and wanted another copy. I simply replied "see attached" and magically they were able to see the Rx. It was thetre the whole time. A MONTH later in December, they said the Rx was received and sent to the pharmacy for processing. It has been 4 weeks since that email and nothing. I placed this order FOUR MONTHS ago.
I am so disappointed in this company and I won't be using them again. So many times you call 5 times or more until they get back to you. Then so often they are out of the product.don't use this company they are awful!
I ordered dental chews for my pet. Before the order was received completely my pet died. When I called two times about returning the chews and explained that they were no longer needed because my pet was not alive, not once was any sympathy or condolences offered nor was anything other than standard processing (25% restocking fee and my paying for shipping) suggested. I find this less than caring for a bereaved pet parent.
Because entirely pets carried specific medication for my pets I did try them and I had the same problem two times. They take their time contacting the vet. They let you know days or weeks later that they have not heard from the vet. The vet says they approve medication entirely pet says they did not. I have never had this problem with any other online pharmacy. Unless you're ordering your prescriptions way ahead of time, I would not use them.
I ordered Dr. Marty`s, dried food it cost me $168.00 for 6 bags. It came in and my dog a pit named Blue who eats everything, ate it and threw up and had diarrhea! I then asked for them to send a Call tag to pick it up. They said I had to pay to ship it back it cost me $28.00 to ship it back. They also said there would be a restocking fee of 15 to 20 percent. The bags weigh a quarter of a pound if that. What restocking fee? It`s been two weeks still no refund of whatever they decide is a refund. This company is CRAP STAY AWAY! J.Davis
I ordered my dog's carprofen through your pharmacy but my mail was stolen and I never received the product. I reordered had it sent fedex and it arrived within 4 days of me ordering it. My dog thanks you and I thank you. We will be shopping again.
Although the product was on backorder, we decided to wait a couple of weeks as we had a reserve of pills to tide us over. Shortly we received the pills before we ran out and we are now giving them to our dog without interruption.
I ordered the Nutramax Cosequin for one of my cats to be shipped to Australia as the product is very hard to get here.
Not only was the ordering process easy as, the shipping was reasonable and the delivery time was less than two weeks.

Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC.
Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
I ordered Hydrogen Peroxide 1 gal for $14. They confirmed my order but then HELD it from shipping while they raised the price to $69! Now they are out of stock. This was very deliberate price gouging move since they were selling stock on hand while screwing people during a national crisis. Please consider if these are the kind of people you want to do business with in the future?
Everything Entirely Pets Pharmacy did was as per ordered. I ordered on 12-10-2020 and paid for 2-4 day shipping and it took 12 days to be delivered. The only problem was because of the pandemic the USPS service is not able to keep up with the delivery schedules that people are paying extra in order to receive there packages. This is a logistical problem for the USPS and our government to solve before the U.S. has any more national disasters!
They took my money immediately and after 3 weeks, I still don't have the medication for my pets. The customer service people are belligerent and unhelpful. They just don't seem to care. I write this review in tears because the customer service person called me a liar. Even though my vet responded and I have called multiple times and so has the vet's office, I can't seem to get the script done in order to satisfy them. I really have never had any issues like this before with other companies. If you want verbal abuse and no cooperation whatsoever, Entirely Pets Pharmacy is the place to go.
Ordered medication for my dog February 11, they didn't ship it til February 17, still waiting as of February 26 for medication. Big mistake using this company. Next time using Chewy, they use Fed-Ex and always receive in 3 days. Now my dog is suffering all because the meds were 4 dollars cheaper with this horrible company. Never again
I will no longer use this so called pet pharmacy. I ordered a Rx for my horse back in October. Despite numerous emails I was ignored. When we called customer disservice they said they had none of the drugs in stock. Said they don't know when they'll get any! Now I have only a few tablets left - so they've left us in a mess. They should all go to work in a clown car!
It has been a few years, but I first ordered from Entirely Pets on Amazon. I go straight to the Entirely Pets Pharmacy now. They have medications & stuff for all kinds of pets. I use them every month.
Decent prices on pet prescription. Always receive my packages in a timely manner. Had a few hiccups in the past, but as in any business or everyday life things happen. Its how you deal with them and I will continue to use their pharmacy for my pets prescriptions.
I placed my order almost a month ago... it still says pending. I've emailed them several times with no response. The link for live chat doesn't work. I'm beginning to wonder if this is even a legitimate company.

Answer: They do things that make them seem sketchy like not responding to customer service emails and not informing you of backorders, but they eventually shipped my stuff. I wouldn't use them though. Pay more and get your meds in a timely fashion if you need them on a schedule.
