When the vet informed me that our cat had lost just enough weight to fall into a lower strength Rx for Bravecto, and they didn't carry that strength, this was the reason I called the vet, to purchase a refill. I was instructed "to just order it online" which I had never done before. I felt annoyed. It took me a few days to get into that mindset. I wanted a source near the Pacific Northwest, Entirely Pets Pharmacy in Union City, CA. The website was easy to navigate. They offered a discount, which would cancel shipping fees. They had the proper strength in stock. I ended up paying 20% less than it would have cost from the Vet. It arrived in 3 days! The transfer of the Veterinarian's Rx to the pharmacy was seamless. I had only to supply the name and phone number, even though it was not on the drop down list. I hate Amazon. The entire transaction was conducted direct from source to me. I am very happy and plan to continue with Entirely Pets for all refills!
Stay away from this page. I tried to buy a medicine for my dog twice. And like 5 days later of my purchase they didn't have any clue about it. When they look for it the reason was "we needed to verify your purchase", which I did in every f****ing way possible. In the meantime, my dog didn't get his medicine. Worst customer service and worst sales service ever in the internet.
I'm a very patient person, but when trying to fill an order and a problem occurred, customer service was about as rude and unhelpful as possible - talking over me and interrupting me in mid-sentence. When I realized I was getting the runaround, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that I had to leave a message and was connected to lovely music which I listened to for 10 minutes, so I assume she sent me to a number that was not in service. To add insult to injury, neither the live chat nor email function on the website was working. The reason was "low staff"...I will never order from them again.
EntirelyPetsPharmacy are fantastic to deal with. They always get my scripts from my Vet very quickly and always call me if there is ever a problem. I will be dealing with them for as long as I own pets.
Horrible customer experiences from the Entirely Pet - never refund after receiving returned goods.
The Entirely Pet agent said that the refund would be made the following 5-10 business days but nothing happened. This same course of routines had happened three times last six months.

I started using Entirely Pets Pharmacy quite some time ago when my dog was diagnosed with a condition that required daily medication for the rest of his life. I recognize that they are a bit disorganized and I always call them a month before I need meds, so they can sort it out and my dog won't be without meds. But lately, it's gotten so bad that they will not contact my vet for a refill order -- even though they say they will -- and they will not keep notes in your file -- so if you call 10 times, on the 10th call it is just like you've never called them before and you are starting over from scratch. NOBODY takes even the tiniest amount of responsibility. Finally, they have worn me out with all the hoops I have to jump through every time I need a refill.

Than my initial order. JACK said Entirely Pet Pharmacy wants to keep me as a happy customer,
So as a kind gesture, JACK offered to discount my current order to make it more palatable.
Ordered some meds for my dog on 09/14. After not hearing a thing for a week and a half I called to check the status and was told they were waiting on approval from my Vet. I was told they would call again on Mon., but I called mid week and still nothing. Called another time and was told they left a message for my Vet. Called again they finally called while I was on hold, got approval. I'm now two weeks in and they said it would ship the next day. Received an email the following day saying it was on back order. I would never buy a pet product from this company again. Also, the employees on the phone don't seem to care or show much attempt at helping, sound like they are being put out when you call.
Still waiting for my senior dogs meds from 2 weeks ago. No follow up from customer service as promised. Won't give me a refund and I just ordered her meds from another site before she runs out. DO NOT ORDER from this retailer.
I ordered my dogs medicine on January 27th, it is now March 4th and I have not received it. The first problem is that they said it was in stock online, after 2 weeks of no tracking number sent I contacted them. They said it would be shipped within that week, never was. It took me 3 phone calls to finally get any information on my order. All 3 phone calls the people were EXTREMELY RUDE. I will never order anything from this company again. They do not care about pets or people, all they care about it your money. Awful company, awful customer service.
I ordered an item that clearly showed to be in stock, upon not receiving a confirmation of shipping email I called and spoke with the representative and they said when I ordered the product they were out of stock, And on top of that I paid extra for priority shipping which obviously was never going to happen since it guarantees you receive your order in 2 to 4 days. They did not bother to tell me or give me a refund I had to call and figure out what was going on. They said they would maybe be be able to ship the order in 10 days and when you're needing an antibiotic for a pet 10 days won't cut it! On top of that the representative was rude So I just went ahead and canceled my order and will order from Chewy.com instead, from them you receive the order in 1-3 days.
I placed an order with this company in early February, and never received the order. I have emailed them several times and heard nothing. There is no way to contact them by phone. Customer service is terrible. Do not order from this company!
I switched to Entirely pets pharmacy because mine was recently bought out by another company with zero interest in customer care. I ordered a bottle of medicine from entirely pets pharmacy and it was delivered to my home in a timely manner but the dry ice had melted. I called and spoke to Shaun B. Who was very understanding of the situation & provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend doing business with Entirely Pets Pharmacy.
Ok the web site does have its challenges but the customer service when called is excellent. Faxing the approval request needs to be sure it sends as I've had to call both the vet and entirely pets more than once just to get the fax and approval completed.
Ordered product on Sunday morning and tried to cancel hours later with no response. Called customer service early next day and only a recording. Left a message with all my info to cancel. No response and said online it had shipped. Never will I use this vendor again.
I ordered some Glucosamine supplements for my pup April of 2018. 4-8 biz days promised to deliver. Then an email they were on back order. They didn't show up in time, so I had to find another source. Sent a few emails to inquire, and no response. On June 8,2018 got an email saying order had shipped. I did get the order. Nearly 2 months later. I can't rate negative stars, but will never shop here again.
Everything super slow. Vet didn't receive rx request - twice? Never had that issue w my vet before... I ordered and paid for two Optimmune and received one. Emails Back and forth, back and forth, slowly. I would respond to their requests immediately (more info, they asked for pictures twice), they would take days. Weeks later they have finally credited the $.
Their Optimmune prices are $12 cheaper than everywhere else, but not worth it. Will Never use this vendor again. I'm returning to California Pet Meds, they're awesome.
I checked 5 different sites before settling on EntirelyPets. They had the best prices by far! They confirmed quickly with my vet and had the HeartGuard shipped out within 2 days. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Sent two 240 pills bottles of pain medicine within 1 and half week apart, after I asked them to cancel 1st one, since vet was out of office for 16 days and my dog needed renewal before that. I went to 2nd vet to get renewed. But still sent 1st order, after vet came back. What pharmacy would not question this, and send out more! My daughter is a Dr. of pharmacy and would of never of did this without calling patient. Are they really pharmacist? Don't use. After I called Entirely Pets about taking back 2nd pills back,(my dog will probably not live that long but miracles still happen) they refused. Then said they call me back. Well, guess what? Never received call, They got an extra $150.00 so why would they care. Anybody out there, stay away!
I ordered 3 packs of 6 Iverhart Max Soft Chews for our greyhounds. The service was prompt (I mailed my paper RX, so it took a bit longer) and it arrived in great condition. The product expiration date is way beyond the time frame that I will have to use the product. Price has gone up but they had a discount code that brought it down to a reasonable amount. I have had good experiences with this company and they are always there to answer any questions you might have. Overall very pleased!

Answer: They do things that make them seem sketchy like not responding to customer service emails and not informing you of backorders, but they eventually shipped my stuff. I wouldn't use them though. Pay more and get your meds in a timely fashion if you need them on a schedule.
