Everything super slow. Vet didn't receive rx request - twice? Never had that issue w my vet before... I ordered and paid for two Optimmune and received one. Emails Back and forth, back and forth, slowly. I would respond to their requests immediately (more info, they asked for pictures twice), they would take days. Weeks later they have finally credited the $.

Their Optimmune prices are $12 cheaper than everywhere else, but not worth it. Will Never use this vendor again. I'm returning to California Pet Meds, they're awesome.

I love California Pet Pharmacy. Tgey typically ship either the same day or day following the day I place the order. Since I'm local to the Bay Area, usually the package arrives the very next day.

The prescription is about half the price of the veterinarian.
