Unable to make withdrawals, there is always an excuse. When I asked to close the account, they held it ransom- saying I had to make a new deposit equal to 10% of the account balance before they would let me make the withdrawal. They stopped returning my emails when I asked why the fee couldn't be taken out of the existing account balance.
Tip for consumers:
Unregulated broker- though they claim to be regulated. Withdrawals stuck in pending status for nearly two months. Customer service hard to locate and has stopped returning emails/ responding to messages.
