Was ordering Lysine for my cat's health. EntirelyPets web site was easy to manage. They had exactly what I wanted and the price was much less that I had paid elsewhere. And, delivery was fast! Can't beat that.
The product was much for affordable than other sites. Easily met the free shipping minimum. Fulfillment and delivery was a bit slow. The minimum delivery option sat for carrier pickup until the very last day and then was delivered. Despite that, it did meet the estimated delivery window but don't hope for it at the earliest day. The product came in good condition. All in all, it was a successful purchase and will use them again.
I ordered product, they took the money out right away, but the product I ordered was removed from the order history, and when I call the customer service number *******967 from the web site, this number is not working.
I clicked the BBB logo, surprise they are not accredited by BBB, this should not be on the site, it is really just a LIE.
I am trying to get my money back, not holding my breath. I have filed a dispute with paypal. I would suggest going anywhere else just not here. The 5 star rating comes from a site you have to pay to be allowed to add a rating, I think this is all false rating there. Pleas stay do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order 2/28. On 3/19, I contacted them. My whole order was on hold for 3 backordered items. I was told they could send the available items for an additional 3.00 charge. I said
OK because I needed them for Easter. I STILL have not received my items (4/22), despite several phone calls. And I just got my credit card bill, and the SOBs charged me! Never again will I order from these bozos.
Always receive my orders promptly and in excellent condition. Been ordering now for a few years. Always satisfied

I have ordered a lot of products from this web site and I have always experienced fast and correct shipments. I order all my flea and tick medicine for my dogs and cat because after checking other prices this web site offers the lowest price.
I never received my order. It made it close, but was returned to shipper with no explanation. There was no offer to send me a new one or anything. I am still hoping for a refund, but was looking forward to getting what I ordered.
They send wrong items, and it takes months to get a return shipment label. Then, they can't tell you if or when you'll receive the correct item.
When you place an order, it takes 10 days for them to notify you that they can't fill the entire order, with no valid explanation as to why.
If you call them in the morning, you get put on hold, which is okay, except that after holding for a while, the line disconnects. This happens over and over, so you never get to speak with someone.
If you call them in the afternoon, a recording says to leave a message and they'll return your call. They never return your call, no matter what message you leave, and how many times you leave it.
I had a product sent because I didn't notice the notification of the "Auto Ship". So I received the item (which I still had a lot). I called and they gave me an RMA and helped me on how to send it. My credit card charge was reversed 3 days later. GOOD JOB! Hey Karen W. Na na na na na. I think I know why you were treated that way. I can also bet your political party (me first)...
I ordered a brush and after two weeks I gave up that it would ever be shipped. I asked for a refund. They said 3-5 business days and it's been 8 days and still no refund! If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible company!
Utterly and bitterly disappointed in website and difficulty ordering. Did not seem to be always a problem. But lately it is every time. C/S reps courteous but often struggle to explain and address problems. Asked SEVERAL times to speak with manager who could not take time to talk to a customer because "He was busy". He/she had the rep (who sat next to the manager) relay the info so the rep could "answer". PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE! My advice... upper management should take a good long hard look at the employees they have representing their company.
I placed an order and received two of the four items, paid for all of them and 2-4 day shipping. I need the medication ASAP and the money to order from another vendor. They will not respond to emails, and I have been on hold for up to 30 minutes nearly daily for two weeks. I have used this company in the past and have never had service or communication issues. This is significant and I wonder if the company is going out of business. I either want the other half of my order sent ASAP or my money refunded ASAP. Communication of any kind would be great.
I placed an order over two months ago and it shipped part of it three weeks after I placed the order but I am still waiting for the rest. Two months later. I have emailed multiple times with no response and the items that have not yet shipped (two months later) are still available on the site. The order number was: SOHP*******. This used to be a good company but it has really declined and is borderline fraudulent.
I have been ordering pet supplies for a couple of years now from Entirely Pets. Always received my order in just a couple of days. I order by phone and have always talked to very professional and knowledgeable representatives. I have never had a problem with late orders or billing problems. I will order from Entirely Pets as long as I have my furry friends.
I am not a cat person but a cat at the barn where I ride needed wormer and tick and flea protection. So I ordered online from Entirely Pets two products. As I am not that familiar with cats I looked at several products and it was easy to see what would be best for this small cat. The order arrived quickly and with help from a friend I treated the little cat. It is clear already that she is doing much better.
I made my order and received the product as promised. The price for the item I ordered was less than other pet supply companies on the internet! Overall I was happy with the transaction and service, I would order again from them without hesitation.
Ordered 3/4/2020. (Before COVID-19 shutdowns). No shipping updates; No response from email follow ups. Received partial shipment. No word on the other part of my order ($80). Zero customer service response to email follow ups. You are drawn to purchase from them because of a few dollars in savings. Savings does not do any good when you do not receive the product you order. Avoid the hassle- now I have to file a case with credit card company and BBB.
(Note: All of This was all before COVID-19).
The order came late. All the ice packs had melted and everything was wet. This should be kept cool for the beneficial bacteria to survive. I'm not sure the Azodyl probiotics survived. Perhaps it was the fault of USPS, that's unclear.
Great service, the only thing I would change it to allow you to use your reward points in addition to any additional sale discounts they may have at the time. Seems unfair to not be able to use the reward points you earned.
Ordered an anti barking collar from them but item yet to receive till today. Never reply to the emails sent. Please stay away and never buy from them. Extremely bad service and experience purchasing from them.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
