One month ago ordered I NextGard and Spectrum for six months presentation, I have ordered from them in the past and normally they ship on time. This time even though website said it was in stock, they didn't ship it. The website shows my order pending. Called many times but they never answer the phone.
Once I waited for more than three hours on hold, until someone finally answered, and after reviewing the order, he didn't know what the problem was with it, and put me on hold again!
About 20 minutes later said that he couldn't access the order, but that he was going to get back to me later that day. Of course, he didn't call me back.
The following day, after 5 hours of waiting on "chat" (I have the transcript emailed to me, so there's proof) they still couldn't figure out what happened, but said that the following day the order was going to ship and I was going to get an email with the tacking number.
One week has past, and the website shows my order still pending. Today after 4 hours waiting for a chat agent, suddenly the chat said that they were NOT ONLINE. I certainly regret buying from this clown company. Don't buy from them if you order medicines, because your pet's health is on the line, and they simply don't care about you. This business has ZERO respect to customers. Take your money and orders where they are appreciated.

I placed an order in April and I still haven't heard anything about it. I messaged the company about the status of the order and they never replied back.
You do not take orders and money if you do not intend to ship. I believe they may be fraudulently using money to keep afloat and never intendet to ship.
Specifically Ordered advance pet product bowls to fit the stands I make. Received another manufacturers bowls, dimensions not the same. Now have to make new stands to fit the different bowls
Easy order and delivery updates. Received ordered product as requested. EntirelyPets seems to carry supplements (vet recommended) that no other site/business carries.
Our pup started out with digestive issues…. But this food has it under control. After reading of all the fillers and byproducts in other brands…. It's no wonder he was sick

The item I purchased was about $10 + shipping = ~$16
The item was purchased on ~1am. The next day at around 8-11 am I tried to cancel the order entirely. Representative says I'll see what I can do. You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours saying if it's was cancelled or it couldn't be cancelled. 11 pm I get a e-mail it was shipped. So I called them and the only option I have now is to reject the item. The item is small it will just be placed in my mailbox, so I have to send it back. Not sure how much that would cost and they will refund me only the $10. I have cancelled orders from Lowes, Home Depot, Macys and many random smaller stores within the same time frame before receiving that shipped e-mail and it was okay. If it's was shipped already I would understand but not like this... Bad customer service. So lesson is: when you buy from EntirelyPets 100% you probably can't cancel your order. I'm going to go with the guess maybe you have a 1-2 hour time period. I never tried that... but maybe someone out there did and also failed to cancel an order.
I have been using Entirely Pets for a long time. They always have the lowest price and their delivery is always within 4 days! Love them! And both my 4 legged family members Busta and Delina agree!
I just had a horrible experience. I placed an order in early April for the pet hair magnet. As of May 20th, I had not received it. About 5 minutes after I placed the order, I realized I typed in the wrong city for my address (I typed in the city for where I work - I order a lot of stuff online for work and my brain was fried that day) and messaged the company literally 5 minutes after noticing the mistake. The city I typed is only about 15 minutes from where I live, anyway. They emailed me back within half a day saying they are unable to change my shipping address, knowing very well they would be sending the product to the incorrect address, and "sent" it anyway. After awhile, I had just assumed it would get sent back and then they'd forward it to the correct address. I was wrong. I reached out and they "confirmed" that the product had returned back to them. So 1. They knew I never received it, 2. They knew my correct address and didn't send it, 3. They charged my card, knew they had the product back, never sent it to the correct address, and didn't refund me until I reached out to them on 5/20/17 asking where it was. That's stealing.
I use catlax to keep my cat regular and this product is sold in my local pet store for several dollars more a tube. I like to save money and that is why I like shopping at Entirelypets
I have been ordering from them for years. Great prices and I like the rewards points they offer to cus terms. Wish the points were a little more but I am grateful for the incentive.
I have NEVER given a bad review in my life, but I do not think this company deserves being supported. I realize it is a very unusual time, with the Covid-19 pandemic. If you are going to update your website with Easter savings, etc, then update that you are not available to provde ANY CUSTOMER service at all! I have tried to email, and the "page is not found" (straight from their site). I have called over and over again only to be on hold for extremely long times with constant advertisement. Never anything mentioned about long wait times or the fact that I am not sure anyone is even answering calls. I have left messages, with no return call. I have sent "chat" messages.
My contact was due to the fact that I places a order for a seresto collar for my dog. The total amount showed and I submitted the order. When I received the confirmation, the amount was different. I immediately tried to contact them. As I stated, still nothing. I still have no indication that my order has even shipped, a week later (as it is states I will be notified when shipped). I chose the 5-7 day arrival. I question if this company is even operating at this time. If they are not, I certainly understand, but give consumers some sort of indication of that. Don't continuously update your site with no customer service or updated shipping info. I need my product in a timely manner for my pet as I have already found 2 ticks (with monthly application). Poor customer serviceto say the very least!
They took my money and never sent my order, I paid extra for priority shipping and it been 7 days and they havent even shipped it. I sat on hold for 45mins with customer service and no one picked up
One of the very few online companies that advertised they had 99% rubbing alcohol IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP. On 3/9 I ordered 1.5 gallons, they took my money, and I waited for my shipment. And waited. And waited. And waited. I called at the end of March, and they said they would have it April 2... which they didn't. April 15 I called and demanded to talk to a manager, who told me the product was sold out WHEN I ORDERED IT: "it just wasn't marked as sold out' on the site yet." As of today, they have no idea when they will get the item! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Don't bother w/ these people... inept customer service. After placing order, and NOT GETTING IT, I contacted the customer service and they had not contacted the vet per my information I provided. THREE FRIGGIN WEEKS AT $168.00!
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! But, I ordered through Amazon. I needed a Cat Lax type product. Good reviews of the product on Amazon (but NOT this company). Ordered Vetoqinol Cat Laxatone and for 2.3 oz. Costing around $8. Ordered at 11 p. M on a Wednesday. No shipping charge, but to get it faster (2 days), I had to pay another $8+ charge. I then (which I should have done before, my mistake) looked to another vendor where I get a great price on food. Well I found the same product ONLY 4.25 oz for near the same price. This was right after I order from Entirely Pets on Amazon. So, 10 min after my purchase, I sent a memo to Amazon to cancel the one to them; I assumed since this was 11 p. M, CA time, that in the morning these people would cancel it. I explained why; so simple. Well, they did not cancel and instead took extra money and it got to me on Sat. And still charge me extra for "fast" service. I will never go here again; check other sites! These people have NO scruples.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
