Customer service is really bad.
I won't ever rent a car from Enterprise again. Customer service is rude on the phone
I was offered insurance, not told the price so I agreed, it was $30 a day, I had no idea, it added up quickly.
When I got there they asked if I had a credit card I said yes they said the credit card didn't have a chip And I could not rent the Truck Bad communications not happy with their service misleading
Put on hold for over 25 minutes.
Phoned back and put on hold for another 20 minutes.
Expect to wait and not be as important as they say you are.
The manager at the Vernon Rockville branch was really good with communicating with the customers and very kind
App never works with enterprise. Going to Costco. Never again dealing with enterprise waste of my time
Every thing is worst with them, because the get your credit or debit card they gonna charge at any time.

I had a accident with my New Car 2017 Cruise, I hit a deer, I was sent to enterprise to get a loner/ rental vehicle, I called 4 hours before arrival, I explain to the attendant helping me I needed a white cruise 2017 so I could uber, she say I will keep a lookout if one comes in, Ill hold it for you naturally youd believe them, well I arrive 4hours later, to my surprise there was a white cruise sitting outside, I walked in and thanked her for getting the car I wanted, she replied thats not yours it just got rented to another client, I reiterated what I said over the phone 4 hrs ago she told me I insulted her and she was offended and will be forced not to help me. Clearly she had me confused, I never raised my voice and I even asked for her supervisor, none on site. She then gives me a black Malibu 2017, Im rushing sign and leave I look at the car and wondered why I smelled poop! Yeah poop! The car was never cleaned it was nasty, I called immediately and turned around then I was met with a supervisor who took the vehicle, they did s halfway cleaning job and said she would call me if they get a 2017 cruise in, I never received a call! I missed 14 days of uber thst would have helped me throughout my issue, mind you I paid for the car at least 6 bucks a day, but no one! Wants that kind of service. Basic company. If you only use them once, you'll probably have a decent experience. However, when you use them a lot, you're bound to have an unpleasant one.
My unpleasant experience: After booking the rental 2 weeks in advance as I usually did, my 2 daughters and I, 3 females, were traveling alone to visit a sick relative and we got into Tampa Intl around midnight. Went to the car rental section of the airport, paid extra for insurance bc I had the girls with me, I usually don't when I travel alone, so I paid over $600 for a sedan for 4 days. K.
We get downstairs and they don't have any cars. There's none. Zero. They told me to come back after 8 am. My AirBnb was in DT St Pete. After trying to understand what the h e l l was going on, asking how much the Mustangs out front they're showcasing are, clearly they have cars, just none for the "poor people"?
The literal 4, FOUR, people they had working behind the desk just stared at me like I was stupid, after I'd just paid over $600, they see me there with my children, so they finally offered me a refund to which I accepted, I walked out of the building and I screamed at the top of my lungs. I was exhausted, traveled all day for this? Well they actually threatened to call the police on me and demanded we leave immediately. I said well maybe they'd give us a ride
Nope, we took an Uber to St Pete and then I began to use Turo. The owner of the vehicle I rented from brought the car directly to me when I rented it last minute and described my situation.
Enterprise is awful. Even as I was down there arguing with them, there were still more people coming down to rent cars that weren't there. Wtaf.

The worst experience ever. Never rent from this business. I call on Thursday, November 12 to two local Enterprise facilities, one in Inverness and the other in Crystal River, both closed due to covid. Finally find one open 45 minutes away in Ocala. The female representative takes my information and tells me there is a car available and reserves it for me. My 80 year old mom drives me to pick up the rental. We are 5 minutes away from Enterprise and Enterprise calls my cell to say they made a mistake and there are no cars available. They promise me a car the next day, Friday. Again my 80 year old mom drives me there. I now find out they do not accept cash payments. They do not accept debit cards unless you have two bills (electric, phone, etc.,) to show proof of where you live. Your driver's license isn't enough proof of your residence. They only accept credit cards. Ok fine, I am very annoyed to say the least. Ok so my mom can put it on her credit card and we can both be listed as driver's. Now I am told that only husband and wife can drive a rented vehicle. A mother and daughter both over 25 years of age can not both drive the rental only the person who has rented the car can drive it. I have never heard of such an obsurdity like this. So if two people over 25 years old who are not married are going on a trip only one of the people will have the authority to drive. Needless to say I was infuriated that two days were wasted in gas and time driving to Ocala Int'l Airport to rent from Enterprise for nothing. I would not ever recommend Enterprise to anyone. No where on their website does it tell you any of these things not do they tell you when you reserve the vehicle. I also emailed them and never received a response. A poorly run business with ignorant personnel working for them. Go rent from Hertz instead, they are far better.

I called Enterprise at 4895 S Broadway Blvd Englewood CO ******* for one of my clients, and Elizabeth the manager denied him getting a rental car because the car was outside the service area, I have never heard of Enterprise not renting a vehicle just because the vehicle needs to be in the ratio of body shops close to their store, is she being helpful to clients in general or only to the clients of the body shops near her store? Is this is correct, when State Farm is sending a lot of clients to this big company and not to other companies that are willing to help clients with quality service, State Farm has choose Hertz and Enterprise to help with our clients but it seems that this 2 big companies are not willing to offer quality service to clients, I am very concerned that somebody that refer clients to this two big corporations have this type of disputes with this two major companies, this make change my view and refer clients to every company not just this two big giant corporations that are not willing to assist clients because they already form alliance with every body else and they live clients out on their own
After having a "NO FAULT" accident my insurance company arranged for the use of a vehicle rental, at the insurance company's expense, while my vehicle was in the repair shop. Once my vehicle was repaired the rental car was returned and all was good at that time. Unfortunately two business days later a guy by the name of Omar, from Enterprise Rent a Car at *******-178st in Edmonton Alberta Canada, called me up telling me that the insurance company had not yet paid his submitted rental bill, after just two days, and since they were not talking to Omar he asked me if the rental amount could be charged to my credit card for payment and that I could pursue reinvestment from the insurance company myself. Sounds a little crooked to me as they would most certainly be double dipping for profit. I did "NOT" agree, as recorded on my phone, to any such thing and Omar then" literally" hung up on me.
Three days after that call there were multiple unauthorized fraudulent charges pending on my credit card with one amount of $469.56 actually being billed to my credit card. So now they have now billed both my insurance company and me in what appears to be a double billing attempt.
I also did a video walk around when I both picked up and dropped off the rental car, Tuesday April 18 - Thursday April 27 of 2023, which everyone should do just in case they try to fraudulently charge for damages that were not done. My phone also records all calls so "YES" there is a recorded record of every conversation that I have had with Enterprise Rent a Car.
Learn from my experience. This companies actions added insult to injury in an already traumatic event. Do not use this company and if your insurance has an alternative rental company to use then you should go with that alternative. Enterprise Rent A Car (and its affiliates) is no longer considered to be an honest or trustworthy company.

When I first picked up a car I had to put a $50 deposit Plus other c*** that That added up to $86 When I called her and told her about the rear view mirror she wanted to take $500 out of my debit card for a deductible I told her not to take it out of my debit card that I would bring my Discover card to her I would use that then when I took the first car back she gave me credit because it was paying 5 additional dollars a day for an SUV and not a Sedan she told me I had $77 credit Monday when I took the second car back she had to rewrite another contract She put the deductible on my Discover card and instead of giving me my money credit that she took out of my debit card and put it back into my debit card she deducted it from the $500 deductible on my Discover card So I had $423 on my discover card and then she wanted me to pay another $50 deposit for the car that she switched me out on and I said well you didn't credit my debit card why should I pay another $50 you put it on my Discover card take it from there Since you put it in there I'm not giving you any more money. Once they have your cards in their system they wanna do as they please the only way you get your card out of the system is when they close your contract.
If it would let give ZERO STARS I would! This location is such a SCAM! They are trying to blame me for a car that was damaged when they gave it to me. I documented it with the lady that came out to look over the car with me when I was receiving it. She even pointed out how many dents, dings and scratches were all over this car. She told me she had documented it. I also took pictures as a back up because I didn't want to be blamed for anything that was already on this car. When I went to drop the car off, the lady inside was acting very strange and not pleasant. She then went out side with a plastic thing wiping it on the car and examining the car in such a weird way, that I have never witnessed before at a car rental place. I rent cars all the time and have never had a HORRIBLE experience like this. She then tries to say it has hail damage, and she's filing a claim on my insurance. This car was dented all up when they gave it to me and I have pictures to prove it. They do not have any prior photos of the car but are now billing me for damage already on the vehicle when it was given to me stated by me and there rep, who conveniently was at another location when I asked for her and all her notes of damage magically disappeared. IM VERY UNHAPPY! I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND OR USE ENTERPRISE FOR PERSONAL OR BUSINESS AGAIN!
This place is horrbile just horrible the manager is just as racist as the employees are this location needs to be shut down asap before they get sued
I rented a car After an automobile accident and when they wrote the contract that they charge me retail rate upon seeing that I called and spoke to the manager of the store deshaud he told me that he would take care of me and he would fix it when I brought the car back lo and behold 21 days later not only did they forge a signature on one of the contracts but they charged me $2300 for a 21 day car rental that should've only been around $1000 plus there were other charges on there a mounting of $300 that we're not included or could not be explained what these charges were for I repeatedly called corporate I repeatedly called the store manager they told me that they were going to refund me within five days the store manager did and today's date approximately 60 days later I still have not received a refund after repeated contacts to corporate and Repeated contact with the manager Deshaun at valrico Florida enterprise car rental hey explain to me that he is very busy and that he would take care of it he has not yet made one phone call to me explaining to me anything going on with it nor has he got me the refund that he promised me I would definitely not advise renting a car from here
Hi my name is Ray Waldrop me and my wife needed to rent rental cars that was a thing in the past when we was growing up in our younger years every now and then we had to rent a car well this is our third time that we rented a car this month from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Marysville Washington Yen that work there has been a very good reliable person to talk to the guys that work here are a very good guys they're straight up and forth they're polite they're courteous they have manners manners is a big thing when you're renting cars or having a business manners will make a good deal or a bad deal with these gentlemen at this Marysville Enterprise Rent-A-Car are very good at that they understand what manners and respect is for the customers I've rented there three times already and I'm very very satisfied As Long as You Follow the contract of the deal that you make with these gentlemen you will have no houses no trouble no unexpected money coming out of your bank account none of that but you will get one thing you will get good business and I'm talking about down to earth decent good business that's why I go on here and leave these reviews because they deserve a good review for the excellent work and customer attention and customer care that they do for me I appreciate it and they just need a pat on the back every now and then to let him know that people does understand manners and respect and there's people at this company Marysville Enterprise Rent-A-Car understands that so young thank you very much for all the great work that you do thank you
