The staff explained the process completely and invited me to accept options for my additional protection. I was satisfied and comfortable renting from Enterprise on Boland St in North Charleston and will use them again when the need arises.

Quick and painless
The staff was friendly and very insightful as this was my first time renting from this location.

They picked me up at the body shop. The
Shuttle driver was personable and professional as were the staff at the office.

Enterprise picked me up due to me being in range of the location. Driver was promot and pleasant on arrival. Once I arrived, thr branch manager had my rental ready and prepped in which allowed me to be in and out swiftly. The car that was provided was clean and presentable. I have a another upcoming reservation next week and look forward to another postive experience.
