I had a great experience at the Parkersburg location, plus, I got a comedy show for free while I waited for my husband to pick me up after I returned the car. Customers are hilarious, and the staff did a great job dealing with their buffoonery. For example, no, you don't actually get the same car that was in the picture of the vehicle class you reserved.
Staff was so considerate. Prices were reasonable. Have dealt with other rental car companies. This one is the best.
When I first arrived there was no rental car available after they told me I needed to come in at that time. I was given a car for less than a week and then received a call that it was sold and I had until the end of that day to drop it off. I am a part-time employee and full-time student, so I had to miss class to be able to do this. I was then given a replacement in which I received a voicemail explaining I was over my rental agreement and they had been trying to contact me, I have no record of any missed or taken phone calls or emails since February 3rd, and that I was going to have to pay for a car that I didn't know had an expired lease. When I called to inform the front desk I was on my way in to return the car and that I had a card ready to be charged, I was informed that they received a call an hour after mine clearing the charges and failed to inform me once again.
I reserved a minivan weeks ago and was told it's not available when I attempted to pick it up. Now I'm left scrambling for other options. What do you call someone who offers good and services he can't fulfill? A scammer. That's exactly what Enterprise Rent-A-Car is, a scam. This is the type of scammy business that will rent you Airforce One if you ask for it. Reservation means nothing to them; they don't even understand what it means to reserve something. It's first come first serve, don't even bother with reservations, this is basically what the agent told me. If you need reliable car rental from companies that actually understand what it means to reserve something and that actually fulfill reservations, don't bother with Enterprise Rent-A-Scam.

I have been running for about 6 months from Enterprise for the entire time I'm in the whole month I just keep getting a different car every month last month they gave me a car that had no way to charge your phone no joke you had to run it through the Bluetooth speaker to get it to charge and it barely works I haven't had over 50% charge since I got the car my 30 days were up so I decided to go back I had already put a reservation in two weeks ago for the car and when I get there he tells me I have to take the same car which is not what I paid for he told me if I didn't take it I wouldn't have a car so I was forced to take back the piece of s*** they gave me so I would have a car so I'm documenting everything recording everything and keeping track of everything so I can pursue further

Needed more complete information about operations of the car ….radio, gas. Gauge…window openings…seat settings etc. it was a guessing game for me
