The jeep we rented was clean inside and out and in good shape. The gentlemen who checked us in to the car at the Pittsburgh international airport was first class. Long wait for a Sunday pickup even with a reservation at the West Colonial store. The CSRs helping us were extremely patient with all the rude customers. I felt bad for them. Enterprise should make sure their is more coverage on a "Retrun Sunday". Kudos to those guys AND no kudos to Enterprise operations.

The staff at the Anacortes Enterprise office were very accommodating. They picked us up at the ferry terminal & took us to their office. Everyone at the Enterprise office was friendly & helpful. This was the best rental car experience my wife & I have ever had.

Poor customer service. Car had no gas, was not explained anything about the car. Never received a receipt and was told they sent it. Had to call 1-800 to get a copy.
