I had a fantastic experience at this location

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Ashley called me the day prior to pickup to make sure I was set for my drop off at Caliber the following morning. They picked me up quickly in the exceptionally clean truck that I was going to get with a full tank of fuel. Truck was outstanding & a new model! On return, John Frahm checked me in and did an outstanding job of making sure I had all my items out of the vehicle and enjoyed my experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was whisked back to the Caliber location in the same vehicle I had just returned. Super impressed with this location & will absolutely rent here again.

The manager and assistant manager were awesome. They were kind, helpful and made sure that my needs were all taken care of. I will recommend this location at Beaver Ruin in Norcross, GA to everyone! They were the best! Outstanding service!

The Westerly staff were exceptional

The Westerly staff were exceptional. They were kind with their customer service and knew all the questions to the vehicle I had. They were also able to give us the car a day early, which worked out well for our travels.

Confirmed my pick up time, received an email, called multiple times with no answer, and ended up waiting in the rain and cold for over an hour. By the time I got in touch with someone, they said they had no clue they were even supposed to get me.

The staff at Enterprise on Spartanburg Highway are always lovely. They are professional. I often rent for work, and each time I rent, they are extremely busy, but they never fail to acknowledge each customer as they walk in and make sure to say, "Hello, and we'll be with you shortly."

I had a great experience at the Parkersburg location, plus, I got a comedy show for free while I waited for my husband to pick me up after I returned the car. Customers are hilarious, and the staff did a great job dealing with their buffoonery. For example, no, you don't actually get the same car that was in the picture of the vehicle class you reserved.

This particular location kept my personal garage remote and lied about it. I had to spend $120+ to get a new remote and have other remotes rekeyed. I filed a police report for theft of personal property and to be on record if there are any break-ins or loss of personal property in the future. Plus may use to file small claims to get my money back.

From beginning to end we were treated with a lot of respect. Even when we encountered an issue where we had to change the driver information, the staff was professional and honored our time, making the process smooth and seamless. 10/10 recommend! Pick-up went great, they made going out to the lot to pick a car out, fun and easy! Drop-off also went great, they greeted us with smiles, asked about our experience and even offered to clean out the car for us! I just wish I had the names of the gentleman that helped us, they really did amazing. It's rare to find this level of customer service and even rarer to find people who work with integrity! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Perfect from start to finish

Perfect from start to finish. I needed a ride to the store to pick up my car and an employee came right away, to pick me up. Employees inside the store were also very friendly, helpful and efficient. They even offered me a bottle of water. I didn't have to wait at all. I had a great experience with the car I drove and when I returned it, I received the same great care and another ride home. Enterprise is the only car rental place for me!

I can start off by saying the price was different than what it was online. The vehicle had dog hair inside of it I had to go vacuum it so that others could sit in the backseat.
Due to bad traffic and an accident that occurred while returning the vehicle it push me as much as an hour late and in return I was charged.

After traveling the multiple time zones from the US, the counter crew were very friendly and communicated charges and options very well. Not rushed but no delay. We were traveling on a budget, and this car was great value. Our return was once again very personable and efficient.

My experience was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When checking you out/in, the staff moves fast. Very considerate of the customers time. Management at the location is phenomenal. He's very personable and knowledgeable. I give this location 5 STARS :) I would definitely come back again.

The gentleman I worked with was very courteous and very efficient. I told him exactly the type of car I was looking for. He put me in a nissan rogue that I absolutely loved. It was the perfect car for me. Even though they were having a busy day, I was in and out of there quick. Upon arrival and returning the vehicle, I was treated the same way. I was asked how my trip went and how everything was with the car. I told him I absolutely loved the car and wanted to buy one soon. He then started mentioning that they do sell cars. I was very surprised. But I will definitely take that into consideration when purchasing my next vehicle. Thank you enterprise for making my trip a success!

Hailey at the Gloucester Enterprise office was extremely accommodating and efficient in helping me obtain my rental car. The driver who was sent to my house was prompt and very pleasant to talk with just speak with. I have always had the best experience with Enterprise, and I am a big fan.
