I was hit by a stolen vehicle while driving my rental. The manager that took car of me after the incident, Ramel, went above and beyond in his help of arranging my new rental and coordinating with other agencies to get my belongings. He wS a very bright spot in a wild a chaotic time. I can't thank him enough. He earned a customer for life!
Tyler and Sam truly saved our vacation. After our original reservation couldn't filled by another enterprise location (and we were lied to by that location) we called around to other locations, where we met Sam. With the help of corporate reservations we were able to transfer our res to the new location (1650 General Booth Blvd Ste 107, Virginia Beach, VA *******). Tyler and Sam were there to greet me upon my arrival. They explained that they were cleaning the rental. This worked great as it allowed time for my son to get a haircut next door. Sam made sure the check out process was smooth and quick.

On-site team does a great job. For some reason (likely user error) my reservation had not gone through when i did it on the app. They found me a car with no problem. The car they originally had for me had just been returned and, during inspection and clean-up, they discovered a nail in the tire. So they quickly found me a different car and got me on my way. I was checked on frequently and updated while i waited in the lobby and they were apologetic for my wait despite the circumstances not being within their control. This was my second rental in the last 3 weeks from this location and I have three more travel dates in the next 4 weeks and will be reserving a car for all 3 and any future rentals with this enterprise office. They do an amazing job.
Kris deserves a raise asap she does everything with a smile and never complaining always helping me anytime I come to update contract or payment anything she does is with 100% effort again thank you kris

The van got us to our destination and back safely. Enterprise let me down after never reaching out to me after expressing a safety concern about the cracking noise coming from the windshield. No one from Enterprise ever called me about the issue during my rental period. I had to call them and waste precious time during my trip. The manager at the location I dropped it off did help when he disounted a few rental days to make up for the inconvenience.

Excellent staff at the Transit Road location. I needed a ride to and from the auto shop and the company provided me with a courtesy ride. They were all efficient friendly and very courteous. It was an pleasant experience.

The store in Jacksonville, Texas stinks. It smells like they shampooed the carpet and didn't get all the water out (sour).
I rent from the Hazleton branch usually at least twice per month. I have no complaints at all on anyone who works here. Every associate and I mean everyone, is always kind, accommodating, and usually has a smile on their face. They always give me a decent selection of vehicles I prefer to drive.
Enterprise Waterford location is awesome. They went up and beyond to accommodate me. Huge shout out to the entire. They do their jobs well and they do it with smiles on their faces. I would recommend Enterprise for all car rental needs.

Outstanding rental car experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Georgetown, Delaware. Their staff saw to it that we had exactly the vehicle we needed best suited for the purpose where we were hauling some large items a long distance and also needed room for a crew of 2 to 4. Collin Mattis and the staff were highly professional, courteous, efficient, and we could not have been more pleased. Will use Enterprise in the future as a result of a great experience.

I was given a car that did not work very well. A flapping sound started under the hood on the passenger side when I got to 40 mph. It would start and stop a couple of times on my short route to and from work. The windshield had a soapy film on it making it difficult to see out.
Service at Enterprise was pretty great! I was very pleased with the gentlemen at that location, they were courteous and professional. Also, the car I was allowed to drive was really wonderful. I will definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the good work people! :)
