That's location gave me an electric car to drive. The girl who signed me out looked in the vehicle and said it had a full time of gas and just refill it before I brought it back. It was electric! The car ended up dying on me and I had to have it towed and drive all the way out to the airport using a scary Uber driver. The girl at the rental Enterprise inside the airport was extremely rude. This whole process took 7 hours and I did not get home until midnight. I was not happy to say the least!

Exceptional service. Super quick to get my rental and get me back on the road and the ease of returning was unmatched. No hours in line or at the counter. It was quick and easy. The vehicle was very well kept and clean upon pickup as well. Highly recommend!
It was awesome. The staff is great. Loved the Jeep Trail hawk that I used while my Jeep grand cherokee wk limited was at the body shop. They picked me up from body shop and when I returned the rental they took me to the body shop to pick up my vehicle

Kelsi are extremely helpful. The Demand for PALATKA dosnt fit the supply there parking is to small. Period the need a bigger store look at the logistic there should be cars at all times on the weekens not driven from other Enterprices rushed in save man power money the driver is not rushed to provide a rental car dosnt take a rocket scientist to figure it out just a smart corporate business person to look a logistic, see a empty lot is good yet a couple of extra cars that are available for more customers are better, plus if you have a delivery person maybe an extra guy on call at home to do just that. I've work at a used car dealer ship as a delivered river plus a detailer, Corporate listen to your reviews alot went to the PALATKA office no car available yes you have a 4.1 rating it is better to have a 5 STAR.

I got stuck in the automated phone system, and unable to speak to an actual person. Left a message that was retorted as not received by the correct person. Left stranded with no choice but to pay for a double priced vehicle while being promised to stop back by later same day to trade for an insurance covered car. Two cars reported to be returned, but unable to do oil change during the last 1hr of business hours. Unable to accommodate and work around customer working hours. Over all a very stressful experience for a 7hr double charged rental. Currently stuck sharing car with family member while my car gets repaired.
Jacob was very friendly and was able to get me in a car very quickly when we had an unexpected trip out of town.
They ask if I wanted full coverage on my rental, of course I do. They charged me over $200+ dollars. I was never told I could get the same coverage threw my insurance company and that wouldn't have cost me anything at all. I'm very upset and dissatisfied with them!
