We used Enjoy Travel to provide a hire car for our italian holiday. They employed Flexrent to provide this service.
We arrived late so Flextravel cancelled our 10 day rental. All 10 days. They then want €700 to reinstate order. That's x2 what our original cost of rental was.
We was a party of 4 which included a toddler and a disabled pensioner. The rental location was on an industrial estate miles away from the airport at 930pm and they were saying they wanted €700 to reinstate the order they cancelled
Enjoy Travel were made aware the very next day. 13 days later... still no response

These guys are extremely unprofessional, don't pickup your calls. I made a refundable booking for a car rental for 11 days. Due to unfortunate circumstances I wanted to cancel the booking. These guys were unreachable on phone. I wrote several emails and no response. They charged me the entire amount for 11 days and denied refunds and asked me to simply go to my travel insurance to claim! Horrible experience, don't use these brokers, even the car rental company I used (green motion) said these brokers are fraudsters. They are also buying reviews from feefo.com and creating fraudulent positive reviews

I booked a car, I received a cancellation WHILE I WAS FLYING, and was still charged money. I contacted support which say the amount was refunded, but today (two days AFTER the cancellation) instead of being refunded, the pending transaction got completed, with them bloody taking my money.
No car, and they still took my money!

I booked a mustang for my husband to be picked up at Pearson. He got there and was given an Elantra and charged $600 for one. If I wanted an Elantra, I would have ordered one for $300. They also charged USD so the price was a lot more than what was coming up in the invoice. Good luck speaking with someone. They just hung up on me every time I called.
Terrible service. They located in UK. We are 11 hours ahead of them. No urgent contact over the weekend. We couldn't pickup our car due to name mismatch. They failed to response to us 2 days after the initial pickup date. No apology, no credit, no service, no refund. This is one of those typical companies. If nothing happen, they are ok. If anything happens, they run faster than anyone. Don't use their service.
Booked a car in CAD, but charged me in USD. They cancelled my booking, so I booked again, but charged me twice. They made me lose money on the refund due to the exchange rate and fees, and other exchange fees on the second booking. Called them to get my money back, but told me the customer care is only via email. Sent several emails that got totally ignored and still waiting for the money lost because of the exchange rate. I've asked my VISA card to dispute the purchase, but not sure if they may obtain the refund from these crooks.
One big scam! I book my car on ENJOY TRAVEL, on airport they say "sorry we have overbooking we need cancel your reservation". We contact customer service explained what happens and over month later no money back!

This company purposely puts their reviews on a website where they have power to remove them. Besides that, they are stealers who will take your money for doing nothing. They will purposely avoid communication with you if they think it will get them more money. Once they finally do reply they will be rude and continue to do sneaky things. Stay away.
Scam artists, stay away. I cancelled a booking and cancelled the same day as I was informed by car rental agency that they only accept credit cards which I don't have. They refuse to provide me with my 90 dollar refund!
Literal scammers that offered a great price on a car rental but didn't mention an important detail that the driver should be the same person that pays for the rental. Any support requests are waived by poiting to an obscure Terms and conditions subparagraph in one if two lengthy TaC documents
Our group paid a deposit of 100+£. In the end, the rental outlet cancelled the order on their end but Enjoy Travel refused to reimburse the deposit as they claimed "rental outlet should not have cancelled the order so it isn't their problem". Absolutely disgusting of a customer service.
I have had a terrible experience with Enjoy Travel. I booked on their website weeks in advance, I got one confirmation email. Once I got to the rental company, they could not find the booking in their system after multiple attempts and numerous team members trying.
So they tried to call Enjoy Travel, with no success. I tried to call Enjoy Travel on both their international number and domestic number NUMEROUS times over the course of numerous days, calling at different times, and I have never been able to reach them. They have been extremely hard to reach. I would highly highly highly NOT recommend their services.
Since we were not able to reach anyone from the company, I had to book a last minute rental, which ended up costing me more money for fewer days. So now I have paid for the rental TWICE and Enjoy Travel has not been able to refund me in any way, nor have they had any meaningful contact despite my efforts.
This has been my worst rental experience to date. I would rather pay more with another company that has the appropriate systems and communications in place to avoid these very basic issues. Feels like a scam.
I made a reservation for a rental car with enjoytravel.com.
They did send me an invoice and a reservation number with "Thrifty Car rental".
The invoice was CA $ 792,83 everything included.
When I wanted to pick-up the car, I was asked for another US $ 1 690.-
I had to cancelled the reservation and went without a car.
I asked enjoytravel.com to refund my CA $ 798.83. They never even answered me properly. They never gave me a penny back.

Non-existent customer service
(they do not respond at their customer service email and from the chat all they do is say to email them - been waiting for a receipt for over a month now)
My car booking was cancelled because I was 45 minutes late, even though I called and texted them when I will arrive, EnjoyTravel.com simply supported them and took my money
Never use the services of the EnjoyTravel company if you want to spoil your vacation or business trip.
I have planned a vacation in France with my family in advance. In the company EnjoyTravel, I booked a car at the Toulouse airport. In the evening, when my family and I arrived, there was a queue at the counter indicated in the EnjoyTravel voucher of the rental company, and I went to the counter 18-10. But the manager said that I was 10 minutes late and my reservation was canceled and there was no car.
In the voucher of the company EnjoyTravel, there was not a word about any cancellation of my paid booking, as well as about the time when my booking expires!
Due to the lack of a car, I, my wife, sister and my 3 young children were left in an unfamiliar city in the evening without the opportunity to go further. (It was necessary to go another 210 km to our place of rest). My wife had difficulty booking an apartment for the night. In the morning we started looking for a new car, and found it at a price 2 times more than we booked in EnjoyTravel.
Our additional expenses for taxi, apartment rental and a new car increased by 537 pounds!
And this is not to mention the huge amount of stress and worries of my children and wife.
The vacation was ruined completely.
To my letters and calls to the employees of EnjoyTravel – the answer was the same: you are to blame and we will not help you!
They did not return the money for the booking – and in an impudent form they wrote only excuses.
Think again when you plan to book a car with EnjoyTravel!
Arranged car pick up for 00:15 on 17 March.
Arrived at Drivalia a few minutes early to collect car to be advised that they had not received our booking from Enjoy Travel and they had no car for us! We were then advised to come back at 6am in the morning (6 hours later!) as they were receiving a delivery of cars and would have a car for us then.
Went back to the Drivalia office at 6am and it was closed. (opening hours advised were 06:00-00:30).
Tried ringing office number and Emergency mobile telephone number repeatedly, but no answer.
Waited outside the office until someone finally bothered to turn up at 7am before we could get a car.
Absolutely disgusted that had to wait 8 hours in the airport (we landed at 11pm).
I have written to EnjoyTravel and they advised I did not arrive before office closed at 00:30. Despite the fact I advised them I was in the office before 00:15. CCTV will prove that.
I emailed Enjoy Travel again on 21st April asking for a refund, but they have not bothered to reply.
Avoid at all costs, cost almost £100 for a car for 26 hours.
Not at all impressed.

Bonjour je vous déconseille fortement cette agence de location! J'ai loué sur internet 1 voiture fin août via 1 intermédiaire "enjoy travel" et ça a été l'arnaque complète! Après avoir fait 1h30 de trajet en bus, j'arrive à l'agence qui n'accepte pas de me donner la voiture louée car je n'avais pas une carte de crédit mais une carte de débit. Je n'avais jamais remarque cette difference puisqur j'avais deja loue des voitures. L'agence n'a rien voulu savoir!Pour pouvoir louer la voiture je devais payer en plus 100€ d'assurance supplémentaire. J'ai du repartir à pieds et en bus! Comme j'avais réservé une excursion avec mon fils j'ai du louer une voiture dans une autre agence qui n'a posé aucun problème.
Je n'ai jamais pu obtenir le remboursement de cette location de voiture dont je n'ai jamais vu la couleur!C'est inadmissible! L'arnaque de ces 2 agences! A fuir!
