Booked a car in CAD, but charged me in USD. They cancelled my booking, so I booked again, but charged me twice. They made me lose money on the refund due to the exchange rate and fees, and other exchange fees on the second booking. Called them to get my money back, but told me the customer care is only via email. Sent several emails that got totally ignored and still waiting for the money lost because of the exchange rate. I've asked my VISA card to dispute the purchase, but not sure if they may obtain the refund from these crooks.
