Little challenging to put on first time alone. But, I am looking forward to the protection it will afford my boat. Wish you could order outboard motor cover to go along with boat cover. Great price, bought on sale. All in all pleased with the purchase. Thanks for great cover.

Empire Covers has a NO postage paid Return policy. Whether you open the box or not you will pay for its return. That can be as much as $155.00. I decided to return my un-opened cover costing me a quarter of its total sale price. And there's a restocking fee that will be deducted from my Return. It cost me alot of money to do direct business with this company. If you've opened your cover then the cover will be inspected (with a fee likely charged) and maybe your defect will be spotted and money returned... either way you will have paid for its return.

I needed a bimini sun top for my very old pontoon boat that came along with a small home I bought on a small lake. After calling Cabellas and Bass Pro, I was convinced that I would never find a top to fit my boat. Because that is what they both told me. It was like they didn't want to sell me a top? After I contacted Empire, from seeing an ad, I was reluctant when they said it would be no problem to find a good top that would fit. And the low prices, just over $300, made me more skeptical because they were hundreds lower than other companies. In short, I would be getting an approximately an 8' x 8' gorgeous canvas top, all attachments, poles, hardware, sock for when not in use, free shipping, and a guarantee. Too hard to believe.

My neighbors helped me take a few measurements and I talked with a rep named Danielle no less than 4 times over two weeks. She couldn't have been more understating, knowledgeable, and fun as well! I was afraid to place the order. She helped me make sure I had measured right, and told me about their guarantees. I decided to order the railes or poles and junk the old, beat up and dented hardware attached to the boat. Thanks to her, and with nothing to lose, I ordered it and I couldn't have been happier! It came quickly, and was amazingly easy to install. It looks great! Made my boat look so much newer. Cost less than Cabellas or Bass Pro. And if it fades with age after some years, all I have to do is reorder the same top, (for about $100 since I already have the frame), And it will fit! Customer service was great and as I was so worried about ordering the wrong size, I was assured that if I measured wrong, they would replace it for the right size. I could not be more pleased and I will be ordering a boat cover for the winter!

Danielle was by far the most friendly and helpful customer service agent that I've had the pleasure of working with! She's very knowledgeable and patient, her listening and resolution skills are impeccable.

We received our boat cover for my sons bass boat. It is a great cover and the quality seems to be very good. As soon as we got it put on it started raining and we could see the water bead up and running off. Extremely happy and unless when we take cover off it has leaked inside i would say this cover is amazing! Customer service is also amazing! Thanks Empire Covers we will be ordering again!

I have a 2005 Harris Kaybot Pontoon Boat and the bimini top ripped with snow on it in the winter. I priced several others at $600 to $800 or more, some of which included new poles, which would have meant new drilling. When I went to Empire covers and plugged in the data on the boat, size, square not round, it came up with a bimini cover that was only $200, which dropped to $185 with the discount. I called customer service, which was very helpful and warned me that it may not fit. They were clear that there would be a 20% restocking fee. I thought it was worth the risk, so I ordered the cover and got it in about 5 days by Fedex with free shipping. What was great is that it fit really well. All the zippers lined up and were easy to work and appear very solid. There is about one-inch of "slack" in the cover, but it is hardly noticeable. I saved hundreds and appreciate a reliable company enough to write this review.

I bought a trailer cover last year for my trailer and had a problem with the stitching. I contacted Empire Covers about my problem. I dealt with John W who is their customer service rep. I let John know what my issue was and they replaced my cover in a very timely matter. Thank you for standing behind your product. Very much appreciated.

I rarely write reviews in this day and age, but Empire Covers and two of its employees deserve kudos. I own a 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 which needed a cover. I purchased one from Empire and believe what I received was the wrong size. I called their customer service department and spoke to Phil, one of their representatives. If I had a business, I would hire him away from Empire. First he listened, which so many reps don't do. And then he reacted. He took ownership of his job and went to management and laid out a case which in the end favoured me with a new cover as a courtesy. I would recommend Empire Covers to anyone desiring old fashioned customer service while selling a quality product. I also passed on this information to Phil's supervisor Emily who was a pleasure to speak with which is why I am including her in this review. She obviously knows her stuff and hires the right people to put in front of the public. I firmly believe they operate on a platform of listing to and appreciating their customers thus growing the business.

I've bought three Waterproof with liner since 2016 for my cars... They do their job... Where I live there's overnight dew and these covers keep it out... Highly recommended...

I purchased a boat cover from Empire. I paid $160+$65 Handling and $30 tax=$255. When it was delivered Canada Border Services charged me an additional $35 ($25 Gst+$10 handling). I contacted Empire, they told me to fill out the request form for Canada Border Services stating Empire had paid all taxes and duties. Canada Border Services mailed me back stating I needed to go to Empire to collect taxes and handling fees. I called Empire, they said I needed to read the policy on their website stating additional duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery.

I'm 54 years old. The cover was actually very easy to put on. Did my homework to make sure the one I was ordering was going to be the right size. Well, it didn't fit. Needed to be 2 to 3 feet longer. I called Empire Covers and they are sending me another one with no questions asked. Didn't charge me for it. I am going to tell everyone I know that has a motorhome or trailer and tell this is the company they need to use. Pauline was more than helpful. Thank you to everyone that works there. So after I emailed them I waited 4 day's for a return number they have to have wrote on box. They offered no return shipping. When I went to FedEx their label said 1lb lady said she doesn't know how they can get away with this 1lb label my cover weighs 59lbs was going to cost 141.00 to return. And with the 10 percent restock fee was going to be half of cost of cover
My guess is they do not get many returns because of this practice. I would not recommend them to anyone for this reason. Reason for return I didn't care for the material it was made of.

I have had an excellent experience recently dealing with the customer service department at Empire Covers. I had a tear occur in my cover for my pontoon, and I contacted customer service and Yvonne was completely on top of it. I am grateful to be able to do business with a company that not only acts fast, but stands by their product. Great job Yvonne and Empire covers.

Very good price on the bimini top I ordered. Very happy with the quality. I had a small issue, not due to anyone's fault, and the customer services was attentive and resolved the issue instantly. Definitely will shop them first.
