I purchased the Italiano style kitchen cabinet handles for my new kitchen cabinets. So far, out of 10 handles, all are damaged except 2. I haven't even opened them all yet. They have scratches and dents and 1 was broken. The bad part, is I purchased them in September and my kitchen remodel was delayed so I just opened them and it is January. My fault for not inspecting them upon arrival but shame on the company who would send such poor quality and damaged items to a customer. I could understand one being damaged but almost all of them! I had planned some additional purchases after my kitchen but I no longer trust the company and what I will receive. What a waste of money. Buyer beware, there's not even an option to leave a review on their website.

Bought a bamboo vessel sink and faucet combo from eModernDecor recently. Being my first time at the site, I was unaware of the service they provided and I was ready for all the waiting. I'm saying this because of most of my previous first-time-purchase experience. To my amazement, the product came within 4 days, even before the duration they promised while I purchased it. “That's a first”, I said in my mind while acknowledging the product from the courier person. The product was in perfect condition, but what won my heart was the shipping services. Glad to find you guys. You'll always be my first choice from now on!

Ordered form them twice. First time I received the wrong numbers of two styles of handles. Never received a receipt even after I requested one. Second time ordered 10 handles. At checkout there was only one in the order. Called and they couldn't find the order. Next day they sent a "Thanks for your purchase" email, no receipt, and 18 dollars shipping and handling for one handle. Had to again request a receipt. This time I got one, but no reply to any of the other concerns.
Also don't bother trying to register or look up an order, the link on the log in page will lock the screen up.

We wanted to renovate our living room and decided to do something unique and tried 3D wall panels for a change. We looked for this product everywhere but didn't find a good deal on it. My friend suggested to checkout emoderndecor and I must say, I was surprised with the price tag. I didn't find a better deal than emoderndecor. So we ordered the lotus pattern 3D wall panels, which was delivered on time. We glued them to the wall and spray painted it with light pink and green colour. Our living room now looks awesome, we are getting a lot of compliments from our guests. We've also recommended our friends to purchase 3D wall panels from emoderndecor.

I ordered a table specifically because of the base of the legs. I didn't want unsightly adjustable legs. The photo shows smooth legs ends with just a small rubber bumper. (see first 2 photos) I got one with unsightly adjustable legs (see next 2 photos). The company refuses to take the product back unless i pay restocking fee and shipping.
The ugly table was available on other websites for half price. (see last photo) I would have gotten that if i wanted ugly legs. This company misrepresented the product.

After making an account I ordered a farmer sink. As soon as I put in my cc infor and hit purchase I was thrown off the site. I tried logging back on I saw I no longer had an account but my credit card was charged. I waited a day and received no confirmation email about my order. I called, no answer, I emailed, no response. My cc company informed me I need to wait 3 day because they can't cancel the charge, I can only dispute it. So now I can't order a sink from someone else until I resolve this issue. Stay away from this site. It's a scam

Due to Covid and not being able to get someone to install the sink that I ordered and received, I now find I can't use it, due to the dimensions. Yes, it is beyond their return policy. They are not willing to accept the return or refund the money. It is still in the box-unopened. What can I do with a sink that I can't use and am out $250.00?
