House of lies!
Before you make the order( in my case *******) is one delivery term and after the payment, this one will be delayed. I've tried to contact them, but they lie as they breath! Instead to inform me correct, they lie! Very, very disappointed! They don't assume their "mistakes"! It's only about money and how to convince you to pay! After this...it doesn't matter! Is not an attitude face of one client! They have no respect for clients! They don't care about the client! They care only to take your money!
If you dare to write a bad review at a bad product, Emag tells you that that review can't be published due general reasons which allow them to protect a bad product and a bad seller from the potential buyer which has trust in advertising, which is far away from the realty! Why they protect bad products and bad sellers! The client is not important for them! Only his money!
They do not care about sellers at all, do unprofessional decision about product placements and just freeze your products in their warehouses. There are a lot of more reliable sales channels. My advice is to avoid selling there because you just lose money here.
They have a payment application that allows you to pay later for your product. However when due date came, I made the payment manually, just to be charged again for the same product the amount 3 times consecutively in matter of minutes. Order number *******
These clowns will list products they do not have in stock, will gladly accept your order and will delay it with weeks without any communication on the status. When contacted, they will say they have no information because the product is not sold by them and will tell you you will have to wait an unspecified time in addition. Do not buy from these Romanian scam artists do not trust them and avoid them at all costs.
Almost every purchase is delivered by separate entity with separate charge for the items leaving other warehouses than eMag. Is a complicated and costly system but I dont have an alternative.Multiple issues with the Visa card. Discovery not accepted. A headacke.
As a seller things a horrible. Any can leave fake feedback and can lie that the order is not received. You can wait for more than 6 months to get an answer from the message center or maybe you will never receive an answer. Is very sad that those people hold the marketplace in Bulgaria and Romania and over the years things going worst. As a buyer, you can not see the shipping company, and you can not choose the delivery office, 10-12 years they could not fix that...
I purchased a Phone more than one month ago, eMag didn't ship it claiming they don't have stock. Next day after I canceled my order more than one month pending, miraculously the phone appears in stock again. Scammers, stay away!
They lack of any kind of professionalism when it comes to delivery.
They are well trained to collect your money only.
I had many orders with them, but i stopped totally due to this annoying lack of professionalism.
Many times it happen they don't deliver the orders on the day are supposed to, the driver does not even inform you when he will deliver.
Sometimes he will just call and say, hey, i am here...when im not even home.
Other times the driver will call to tell me i am coming today but i don't know what time ( he doesn't come of course, waiting again for next day to stay isolated in the house waiting for Mr. Delivery guy).
Horror services. I don't recommend emag. They are not serious nor professional. They send something else and they don't respect clients. When communicating with them, the experience was rather unpleasent. They don't refund the money you paid, but less.
Many deliveries with wrong items
Each product comes with its delivery charge (if you order multiple items - each comes with separate shipping cost)
Paid $100 for Genius shipping a year - supposed to not charge you again for multiple orders. But guess what? THEY DO! They don't give a sxxt on the Genius promotion.
They cant take payment for my orders with Canadian valid CC and deny orders but they do charge my same card for annual Genius "free" $100 delivery system... Bunch of A-holes - never deal with them! EVER!

Ordered a lot from them, i thought things will go smoothly since Emag it's so well known, i guess it was my mistakes to trust them. Never again.
Sat in all day waiting for the emag supermarket delivery. Called 3 times... eventually got through to a manager who informed me my food would arrive in the middle of next week... reason. No-one knows. Absolute joke. 800 lei on food for a party... no food. NEVER TRUST THEM. THEY LIE!
I can accept any logistics issues but I will never agree with such an unprofessional method to be on the market.
The truth is that when something is good we are not going to leave the reviews to help the business at all the time but this is something anyway correlated because we are going to use them again and again.
I have an order placed on 17th November and im still waiting for it, called eMag... no solution. At least not yet, e-mail without any reply and the fact that they are hiding the review left on the sellers side looks to me more than unprofessional, it's telling me that's something premeditated and there's no excuse for it.
I had issues in the past but I had eMag on my side... on the customer side... looks like something is going wrong there and I don't want to be part of it.
The waiting times to reach an eMag.ro assistant are hilarious check the attached photo. You could easily wait at the phone for somebody to pick up for more than 15min.
Bad return experience they use an afoul delivery service.
There was a time when this company was good and people would but because of the customer care not the price now i highly advise you to stay away
The support that you receive from them is close to 0. If you have any issues there is no one that you can speak with as they only have a contract with a call center who get paid to tell you that "they are there to help you" but they couldn't care less.
After repeat issues with them, I've completely lost faith in everything they advertise. Also, stay away from emag reviews as many are fake. I've tried leaving a negative review 5 times and it was rejected every single time, even though it met all their criteria and terms.
They basically hide any trail of incompetence and they also try to hide all their mistakes. While some mistakes are to be accepted as normal and part of the process, the problem is that they happen way too often with Emag.
I don't even know where to start. I had all possible problems with them:
1) They sent me a DOA HDD and then they barely accepted to replace it. Very difficult to get through their customer service and yes... there's no email you can contact them with, only some phone numbers
2) The second order was a very expensive water filter, they sent it broken and cracked. When I sent them the picture, they told me that it's not broken enough to affect usage.
3) third order - I changed my details to my wife's and the order summary seemed all right. I then submitted the order and the confirmation email contained the wrong names and phone numbers.
All in all, one of the worst companies you can deal with. I hope amazon and ebay will soon come to Romania so that we can have some decent services there.
Oh yes, and the customer service operators - rude and useless. They might as well put some monkeys there and the helpfulness would be the same.

I wanted to buy a set of metal plates and it didn't come after 2 months of ordering. I do not recommend buying on eMAG at all everything! Never going to buy it ever again!
Very disappointed. I bought online a microwave and sent it to my parents in Romania as a gift, but after 3 months stopped working. The product was also covered with Service Express (apart from 2 years warranty) but to no use.
They refused to fix it or change it with the reason "the repair is not worth it and the product does not meet the warranty conditions". They didn't even bother to open it to see what is wrong with it. I don't have time to waste on the phone and argue with them (I live in US), and my parents are old.
At my house I have a microwave 12 years old and I cooked food in the wildest conditions, and it is still working. EMag and Daewoo are 250RON richer stealing my money. Service Express is a big joke, you pay extra for nothing.

I bought products from them since 2012 totaling over $2500 and I had no problems with any products or delivery time.
I just had one minor problem with a coffee maker that has crashed in just 2 days, but was being repaired fairly quickly in warranty.
A negative thing would be that the site has webpage loading problems for years, probably because is accessed by so many people and most often you have to refresh the pages multiple times...
I believe it's the safest and most reliable online store from Romania.
Stop ordering from here. They charge for delivery but they never deliver on time. Second time ordering Christmas gift for my parents and never arrived on time. Last time they deliver one week later and after Christmas; this time although I paid for delivery and they have shop in the city and easily arrange click and collect, i wanted to surprise my parents bur Emag surprised me. Courier refused to deliver to they house informing that I paid for delivery to their warehouse. Ridiculous- how on earth someone will pay to get the product put of the shop (reachable distance) and collect from a courier warehouse on the outskirts of the city. Well only eMAG change people for this kind of delivery! Disgusting attitude and reply to my feedback: "they were busy and I have to understand the situation"
