I am a seller there for 6 years now. I was a 2 stars seller in the last 4 years.
They have strict rules and most often penalize correct sellers for absurd reasons. You have no control in refusing dishonest buyers.

Their new ranking system is awful... because of one single Mutual canceled order and no negative feedback (it has happened to be sick and unable to work), i was demoted from 2 stars seller to ZERO!

Tip for buyers: You can find good sellers if you know how to choose...

I get this message for months: " This account's links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled! "

It seems they banned my shared and Public folder links due to bandwidth limits... The truth is that they try to force users to upgrade.

But i'm sure that my links are NOT generated that much traffic!
They NOT even respond to messages! Emails, facebook page, nothing!

I bought products from them since 2012 totaling over $2500 and I had no problems with any products or delivery time.
I just had one minor problem with a coffee maker that has crashed in just 2 days, but was being repaired fairly quickly in warranty.

A negative thing would be that the site has webpage loading problems for years, probably because is accessed by so many people and most often you have to refresh the pages multiple times...

I believe it's the safest and most reliable online store from Romania.

I joined amazon associates some years ago and i had 8 GBP earned in my account.
This sum suddenly disappeared in the meantime...

When i tried to contact them and ask where are my money they responded:

"Dear Associate,

Thank you for contacting the Amazon Associates Programme.

I have checked your records and can confirm that your total amount earned is 0.00GBP. Therefore you are not owed any money to date."

One week after i have register my account i have receive this email:
"Account somewebsite.ro was suspended for the following reason:
Terms of service violation: Phishing, scam, warez, hacking"

My account was suspended without any warning or details about what they think is wrong with my website.
I have contact them and i asked for an explanation, but no response...
My website and all the software i have developed was malware free for YEARS!
They have not even bothered to check my website and my software with virustotal

Unprofessional web hosting for sure!
Anyway, i have moved my site elsewhere...
Thank you for nothing...

P.S. I heard it's the same company that runs hostinger.com

Everytime, after 1-2 days from using addmefast service i get unlike at my page, so is useless...
