I wish it was possible to give a higher than 5 star review, because the Electronicsforce.com warrants it! A huge thanks to Adam and Jack for taking the time to answer all my questions. We were interested in potentially switching from a different phone and they helped make that a reality. Adam even went the extra mile and helped us work through getting the correct info to corporate to get our rebate processed. The customer service at this store is second to none and we're looking forward to continuing with Electronicsforce.com from now on!

A reasonable phone merchant that offers good deals, on phones and other devices that are listed on their website, with fair pricing on shipping and products that come as advertised and arrive accordingly in terms of their shipping policy. Might even make another purchase from them again for a new hotspot router again in the future.

My overall experience with them has been nothing but great! Ever since I have gotten to their website I was amazed by the amount of stock that they have available. Prices too are very competitive compared to other places made me feel as if I'm getting myself into a scam but honestly, if you do some research online, many sellers sell their products roughly at the same price they do cuz value decreases over time and major retailers just keep the prices high up for no good reason. I have gone ahead and made my purchase for a Samsung galaxy s21 from them, and boy am I glad I bought it from them, I saved money and the product was brand new with everything that it's supposed to come with. Shipping was also as expected according to their terms and the product came exactly how I wanted it to be. Thank you so much electronicesforce! Be expecting more purchases from you in the future.

I purchased a cell phone from ElectronicsForce.com a few years ago and had a great experience but my most recent phone I purchased turned out to be defective and ElectronicsForce.com has not backed their product by either repairing the phone, replacing or refunding the purchase price. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 9+ 128k phone on 2/17/2022. It was delivered on 3/15/22. I first notified electronicsforice.com of the problems with the phone on 3/23/22. The S-pen was not recognized as connecting, and callers experience a disruptive echo when I speak with them. After many discussions with electronicsforce.com, I was told electronicsforce.com would not send me a new phone or refund my money. ElectronicsForce.com sells older model phones that are both new and refurbished, and my phone was sold to me as new, but the phone's warranty had expired on 6/28/21. While the phone was new, it was pre-activated on 6/28/20, and therefore, Samsung's one-year warranty had expired. This process of electronicsforce.com tyring to figure out what to do took months. My only option is for Electronicsforce.com to repair it. I filled out a repair ticket and sent the phone to the electronics force to be repaired on 6/6/22. I was told it was sent to Samsung for repair. I received the phone back on 9/3/22, and it is still broken. In fact, the S-pen was missing from the returned phone and the replacement Samsung-manufactured S-pen that I purchased does not stay in the phone. I have called the customer service line numerous times this month, and my calls roll over to their messaging service. I sense they have caller id and are hoping I stop calling. I sent an email last week and was told someone would call me this Monday, and no one called. I sent another email to them today, and there has been no response.

My wife broke her phone on the Fourth of July, and we were so happy to be able to come into their website. The staff were so nice and helpful! We had such a good experience and the staff were all extremely kind and knowledgeable to help us work through all the glitches, and getting our new phone on time. Thank you to all the staff!

Our representative was well above our expectations. Service provided and courteous excellent. Adam never skipped a beat and called a couple times to make sure my phone was working during a family medical emergency. So much appreciate. We transferred all our services from another company and look forward to our future endeavors.

They were super helpful!
I had a case with a replacement phone, they managed to exchange it in less then 4 days after I put in my return request to send the initial phone back. Other then that super great website, staff was really nice and been doing business with this store for the past 6 years, If they can't give you a better service as a business then no one can.

I cannot find enough positive accolades to describe how professional, knowledgeable, competent and incredible my experience today was with this store. It was all due to the remarkable service provided by your customer service rep, jack! He not only expertly handled all my technical issues, he went above and beyond in so many ways. He provided me with the latest information and actually found ways to help me get a phone set up after I got it, and methods on how to make my phone run better
I never expected to be this incredibly satisfied with electronicsforce. The only reason this happened is because of the profoundly excellent service jack provided. He is truly the best customer service rep I have worked with! Bravo!

The whole 3G being shut down and switching to a 4/5G device for today's network made things a bit confusing for myself and my dad that till this day has been stuck with a flip from from the 2000's and didnt want to switch to an iphone or any kind of smartphone, he likes to live in the past. Gladly as we stumbled upon electronicsforce while searching for a suitable phone for my dad we managed to find a kyocera flip phone, I placed the order on the website and it came in all in its glory with the factory taping and brand new without its original box, the I would expect a phone that came out back in 2016 not to be in a new box anymore. But anyhow I'm happy that I have my quit time from my dad bugging me about verizon and their new network, and in overall happy that I made business with electronicsforce. It was quick and easy and in appreciated them highly!

This phone store customer service is like no other. I've been to a few other stores and their cutomer service is no where like this one. This is my second time with cell2get and don't think I'll be going to any other phone store other then this one. I really want to thank George and the rest of the employees for the spectacular customer service they provided, the moment I walked in the store everyone of them greeted me and made me feel special. They're very knowledgeable of all their products. They're very honest and would recommend you the very best, not like the other store I ended up leaving, that all they wanted is your MONEY. This phone online store is amazing. Anytime I have questions about purchasing a phone i have George. He goes the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of and they explain issues so that I understand clearly. Everyone in the store is always so kind and ready to help with anything. Even when the store is really busy, the employees do everything they can to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. These employees and their store manager are intentional with everything, it's fantastic and refreshing. Out of all of the phone services and stores I've ever had, Electronicsforce truly cares for their customers. It's exciting to have a phone merchant especially online.
