I bought a game key and applied the $1 that is in my account's ewallet and it was not applied to my order and they refuse to properly apply it to the order. I should have known not to give them the benefit of the doubt. If they ripped me off, they will rip you off. Should they properly apply it to my order I will remove this review, until then it stays up.
Be aware. They will send you redeemed keys and claim that you are cheating. I think they will do this for 1 in 5 customers to retain their ratings.
I learnt my lesson the hard way trying to save a few dollars.
I wish i could have attached screen shots of their customer chat to show as proof here, they almost taged me a fraudster threatening to block my account piggybacking on someone else account that did not belong to me.
DO NOT share screen shots of your personal account they may very well find its way into dark web.
And if you still want to be adventurous use Paypal where you can dispute the transaction if needed.

Brought a nintendo game code, immediately asked for a photo of my id even though the payment was done through paypal using my debt card. Felt too sketchy and requested a refund instead, big delay in getting money back.
Even if the site is legit, there are probably better ways to verify a customer than asking for a photo of their driving licence — that's not really info they need at all.
Do Not buy anything from this company. If you have you may have put yourself in danger. These people ask you for a copy of your ID card to make a purchase. Tat easily gives them the information to steal your identity, steal bank accounts, etc. And since most customers are kids they probably are complying and showing their ID's
They have created a convincing looking website, but this site sells invalid codes and their customer service is just a delaying tactic. I requested a new code or a refund and they just suggest you go to the game's production company (who confirmed the code was invalid). The positive reviews on here must be fake like their codes.
I bought a $100 dollar xbox gift card for my nephews christmas gift and received a $50.00 gift card when redeeming the code. I contacted them for either the other half or a refund. Instead they called me a scammer. I never leave negative feedback for businesses however I gave them ample enough time to make it right. If you are searching to see if they are legit you probably have a gut feeling they are not. Go with your gut feeling, please save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else.
I don't leave many reviews but I had to this time just to let people know that this company is a joke, ordered a game from them that they said was in stock, took the money straight away and guess what no game! Messaged the day after and their reply was sorry we don't have it and are waiting on it coming in. Week and a bit later and still no game so contact them to be told my order was cancelled and it will take a month to get my money back if lucky, unbelievable! Worst company I have ever used and I only done 1 star but would rather have left zero, stay clear and keep your money!
Placed order for Skyrim on switch, advertised as instant, over 24 hours and still no sign. Been onto customer service more times than enough now just wanting my code but all I'm getting is it's very busy with slow replies from customer service. They do not give you digital codes; instead, they give you someone else's account and ask you to log in to your console. Very suspicious and not fair. When I asked for a refund, they could not give it.
Also, their customer service is outsourced so they cannot do anything apart from just saying that they are complying and blah blah. Please go somewhere else.
3 days ago I bought ea fc 24 and I've been waiting since then, the team is just wasting my time and trying to keep me busy, as I see this page is a HUGE SCAM they wont give your money back or send you your code & Game. Please be careful
Sent me an email immediately after purchasing with the associate 3 month PS plus subscription code, also deducted the funds right away. Go and enter the code into the redeem codes section on my PlayStation and it states the code has already been claimed. Haven't heard back from customer support either. Terrible.
Bought Mac office 2019. Was a bit suspicious about asking me for a phone number and address to combat fraud but based on the trustworthy score this site had I did it. A few minutes later it validated and sent the key and installation was simple. All works well.
I usually don't order from websites I have no knowledge of, especially when it comes to gaming codes. I trusted it because I was able to check out with PayPal. My codes were delivered to my email address within seconds after PayPal took my payment. My son went to his store on the game and typed in his code and it worked. I have already had my son send this website to his friends who can't afford PlayStation Plus during this pandemic. I am so glad I could get this for 50% off. Thank you Electronic First for being credible and fast. I will definitely be using your site again. I was not offered any compensation for this review. I loved the support info added to the email.
I was a little skeptical because of the low price. But, I received the serial key # by email within 2 minutes of my purchase. It worked perfectly! I will definitely purchase another one next year, or maybe buy the Lifetime Membership instead.

Always works and much cheaper than paying 60 euro's with microsoft.

Purchased a game from this site via PayPal and received an email asking for a phone number and proof of address. After checking other reviews it seemed standard, so I replied confirming my phone number and a bank statement. Within 5 minutes I had a further email asking for ID such as my drivers licence or passport. Don't know why they think it is normal to expect people to send them documents like that, but I'd rather pay a bit more and go to a legitimate shop. Alarm bells ring because when does any legitimate online store expect this from customers? Definitely would not recommend buying anything from here and raised it with PayPal straight away.
Code doesn't work. Like another reviewer, called Xbox Live, they confirmed it's a Brazil only code. I told EF. They told me to delete all emails from them from my email and computer so they can resell it... in other words, get rid of all evidence of the scam... I've contacted Paypal and my credit card instead.
Don't trust positive reviews on here, they are fake. And that TrustPilot site blocks (flags) all negative reviews leaving only good ones. Total scam.
Absolute fraud.
I bought a Call of Duty 2019 off this company. The user name was a very specific email address, that I assume was someone's previously. Logged in, changed password, all seemed legitimate, but several weeks later the log in email would not work, in fact it stated that the account with that email could not be found on the system. I emailed electronic first and they responded that they would look into it, that was almost 2 months ago. No reply has been received and still I cannot access the game I paid good money for. Don't bother with this company, because if something goes wrong, you are on your own.
I was really wary of trying for my PlayStation plus account membership purchase through these guys because it was an amazing deal, and like, internet, right? But they responded almost instantly, and it was really easy to do! They sent my code super quick and I was able to sign up right after! Extremely pleased, definitely will use these guys again for anything game related!
Web site clearly says "... no waiting around. All orders are sent as soon as payment is received. Enjoy your gaming!" It is a lie. Ordered 3 days ago still not received and no communication reply from company. I see lots of other complaints about this site now... I wish i would have checked before giving them my money. Now i have the headache of having to file a came with pay pal to get my money back.

WOW within 10 min of positing this review i get contacted by the company for the first time about this issue. (you can see the reply on this page) How strange is that. As a paying customer I could not get anyone at all to reply to me for over 2 days even sending request through pay pal for non delivery of items paid for i got no response. Now that i am a unsatisfied x customer i get contacted within 10 min of posting a negative review. Speaks volumes about this company doesn't it.

We ask all first time customers to provide a working telephone number as well as a valid home address for verification. This is stated in our terms. We have had to put this measure in place because of a very high amount of fraudulent payments made to us using PayPal.
