I ordered a 12 month PS + Card. AFTER I paid THROUGH PAYPAL, I received an email stating that I had to supply them with my phone number and a scanned picture of recent mail I had received so they could 'verify' that I was a real person. I paid through PAYPAL! I am already verified through them!
Their online chat is a freaking joke! So now I don't have my code and I am $38.00 short in my bank account. I opened a dispute via PayPal, but I have to wait a week before they will investigate the matter. Steer clear of these scamming piles of trash!
They did not deliver the game, they have been for 2 weeks telling me to wait 24 hours and that their manager will contact me. Nothing happens. Scum
I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand! Received correspondence at first "our technical team is working on it" but to no avail. Fake product key... DO NOT do business with these scammers!

Come across this site via Google offering cheap game codes which are emailed to you within 15 minutes.
I checked a few reviews before making any sort of purchase, however I'm starting to think these are fake reviews and are posted by the owner/s of this site just to entice customers to spend money.
I ordered a Xbox 12 month gold membership and went through the card payment process. The payment screen was a https domain.
I received an email acknowledging my payment. A minute later I received another email from electronic first saying they need to verify my phone number and address. I replied to this email with my details. 30 minutes later I received nothing. So I thought I'd email again in case the first one didn't go through for whatever reason... Another 30 minutes pass and still nothing.
Next I went onto their website and opened an online chat window with a support person called "Angie". I explained the situation and I got the following response
"Separate email was sent for verification, please reply. Thank you."
I'm unsure whether or not this an automated reply. I then replied saying I have replied to the email numerous times... This was the last I heard from Angie:(
Next I contacted them via the "contact" button and guess what happened?! Nothing.
I'm now going to try an get my money back from my card provider.
So a little bit of friendly advice... don't do it!

Read a whole heap of positive reviews so I bought a £35 psn card for £32:93, because playstation store would not allow me to add funds to my wallet, anyway without creating any account and by just providing my email address and debit card details, I purchased a psn card from them, BIG MISTAKE because over two hours later, i have nothin, no confirmation email or e-card, the ef support person has no record of purchase and decided to stop replying to me, after just repeatedly asking me for purchase confirmation, which I don't have, now they say maybe the purchase has failed, the bank says its been made and says there is nothing I can do about it, 3 hours later after getting extremely frustrated I managed to persuade someone to check for my purchase, and they managed to work out that my email address was incorrect, and five minutes later I received my code, which worked
It was pretty sketchy at first given the bad reviews but it all worked out great My 3 month was valid and all sent it less than an hour, I was scared they were going go ship the code and I was going to have to wait but that wasn't the case at all code came with the email all the way at the bottom
Thought it was a sketch at first because they took a a little longer (few minutes rather than instant feedback) but it actually worked. Will buy again next year lol
Non existant customer service, they may be good value for money but ignoring customers is the worst.
They also request images of your bank card and id on occasion which is a huge pain.

Due to the nature of the products we sell (digital codes) and the high rate of stolen CC fraud involving PayPal we have had to put certain measures in place to ensure the transaction has been authorised by the customer.
This is generally only requested on first time purchases or high value orders.

I purchased a PS plus code and when my son entered it, we were actually charge the full amount for a PS plus account PLUS the 35 we'd already spent on this site. We've been disputing it from PayPal and they are completely unwilling to refund our money and told us that they'd have to 'resell' the code and that I should delete my emails from them - completely sketchy!
The only thing I can conclude is that this is a scam site. I never received my PSP code and support was unresponsive. Now I have to file a dispute against the charge. Avoid at all costs!

Bought Xbox live gold card 12 month today. Tried repeatedly to get it to work. Called Xbox live and was told the code is only good in Brazil. Nowhere on the site is that notated. Very wrong

Process was easy and received access code numbers in about 8 minutes. They even offered a discount on the purchase of a Steam Card. Great and Easy Service. I will be using them in the future again.
This time I purchased PSN top-up card 45GBP from them and this time I needed to go through verification process (previous times it wasn't so). But it was fast communication and after some minutes I got the valid code/key for PSN card. Thanks!
I paid for a windows ten key and never received it. Find a cheap key somewhere else. It is a very polished site, but don't let that fool you. I am suspicious of the positive reviews.
Please avoid, sold me a dodgy game, told me I can only get a refund once they have resold the game knowing it's broke, refused to tell me who they are regulated by, biggest crooks going
