Purchased a £25 PSN top up and received a email straight away saying a further email would follow. Nothing happened so I tracked my order and it was showing out of stock! Nothing from Electronic First to advise me of that. Contacted them said they would have more in a few hours. 8 hours later still nothing. Contact them again- no response. Contact them the next day asking for money back. They reply asking if I'm happy to wait for more stock or money back! Sticking with CD Keys from now on.
I was given an already redeemed $50 PSN card. When i pointed it out, they told me to contact PS support which i cannot because i am not from the US. Stay away from this site. Paypal dispute already opened against them.
Obviously these people are credit card fraud abusers. Asking for a photo of my electric bill after the purchase through an e-mail. If I gave the a card I could understand... but I paid through paypal...
Advise?... pay full price

Purchased a Microsoft Office code which arrived quickly. However, when I went to load it on my old MacBook Air, my computer would not load the program so the code was of no use. I immediately contacted Electronic First and they sounded very positive. However, now they are saying the code was used and could not be resold. Since there is no way to prove something that didn't happen, I am out of luck. I would avoid Electronic First unless you are sure you will not need to return anything. $31 is a cheap lesson I guess.
The initial code purchased was invalid. After providing screenshots of the error codes I was asked whether I wanted replacement code or refund. They promptly sent a new working code as requested. They were professional and I will definitely use this company again
Ordered 2 mac office installs. Got keys. Would not install on either mac following their process. They suggest contacting Microsoft. It did not follow their script. Buy elsewhere this is not a good provider.
So the site is legit but also... sketchy. I'll bet they sell your info and I'll bet its run by like 3 people total. I ordered an xbox live code, had to submit address and phone number after my email. No code was sent. So I tried their in site email. It failed. Regular email, no response. Finally tried their chat tool. Had my code emailed in 5 minutes and it was legit. I dont think the trouble was worth the savings though. $16 savings for a half day of annoyance.

I paid using my PayPal which went ok until they wouldn't send me my code.
Until I send my phone number and full address which I refused told them to refund me. As they knew it was me because I used the same email address as I use for paypal won't be using these again.
CD Keys is a much better service
I wrote down the code but it xbox said it was purchase it in different region.

I just wanna make sure if you don't have the right tools needed to purchase any game from this website i recommend to not go for it. Because you'll be disappointed. I had purchase a "rust digital" game i had to go through a long process at the end because it was an Argentina region locked code I simply downloaded a vpn on my phone and went to redeem.microsoft.com and put the code there and it worked! Very tedious but very rewarding in a weird way

I know this site seems so sketchy, so I was checking for reviews here. Decided to give it a shot since Microsoft office was only $15 and I didn't mind risking that much. Used paypal just in case something went wrong - but everything went fine. There was a slight delay before I received my email, but only about 15 mins. Got the code as a jpeg attachment and didn't even have to open it outside of my gmail viewer, so it felt pretty safe. The code seems to work fine and I now have an activated version of MS Office. Nice!
Was a bit hesitant but tried to save a few dollars you won't save exactly what they say when you go to pay it bumps up to 49$ but if you download the app to change your VPN pay the. 99 to place your IP address as Brazil and go log into your Microsoft account incognito then use the code it took them five minutes to send me it works perfectly. Follow the instructions and you will be fine sorry to ask the people that can't read but how to do it is right on the site. Happy savings.
Bought a code online from these and it worked fine. Had to email as it didn't come through to my main inbox. Was told to check my junk email and found it in there.
The code was sent within minutes and worked fine on Xbox.com
If you have any problems just email them, they're helpful and reply within minutes. Don't be put off by the bad reviews here, if you pay through PayPal your covered by buyer protection anyway so even if something does go wrong, you have nothing to worry about.

Don't buy anything from these crooks. I bought Windows 10 home and the product key wouldn't work saying it was already used on another computer. They tell me I have to contact Microsoft support which I did twice only get told the same thing that the key was already used. Then the guy tells me I don't know what I'm doing so they would not send me another key. Then he completely ignored me and doesn't refund my money.
No issues got it within 5 minutes. Just activated through my Xbox account. Extremely quick and easy to use as i paid through Paypal also. Hope it works for u as it worked for me. Just putting my review as the website does look fishy but overall happy

I bought a 12-month Xbox Live Gold pass code from them, and tried to redeem it but it didn't work. When i contacted Microsoft support and provided the redemption code that Electronic First sent me, Microsoft said it didn't work because someone else on a different account not linked to me activated the code earlier the same day that they had sent it to me. They're cheats... pay a bit more and save yourself the headache.
