I made my very first order on this website and I purchased a $155 Fortnite account on January 22nd 2025, and I was perfectly happy with my account as the Fortnite account was provided and an attached email account. Today I tried to log in to the Fortnite account to play the game and came to terms that I was logged out and the password was changed, and the same for the email account. This occurred on February 24th, 2025 and I contacted customer support soon after finding this out and after a while they told me that they could not issue me a refund, get the account back for me OR issue me a replacement account of the same value. I had a terrible experience and time with this site/company. Do not trust them or buy from this website

Just like everyone else, as soon as I tried to verify my account, they instantly banned my account without any explanation! Luckily I was able to get a refund and hopefully it actually goes through. Don't ever buy from this site!

A full refund has been issued, you will receive it in time anywhere from 5 minutes to a few days depending on the bank you have used.
Just a note, if you wish to buy without any restrictions/verifications, you can always use cryptocurrency.
Just as a note, your policy is extremely bad and your management needs to know how good of a customer they just lost!

And me offering you our sympathy due to us losing a customer. Well we will see if I get my refund. Point is that these scammers are making money off your personal information. They received payment and as you can see they are far more interested in your information then your use of their service. If they wanted your business and got paid then that would be the end of it. Don't be foolish and give these idiots personal information. There are lots of companies you can use. And if your a Pro utilizing their site for business, get another company. I was set to go until they demanded my information and the pro got nothing. Very sad!

Bought in-game currency;The seller MoonTopUP delivered but after 11 days he simply charged back and Eldorado REFUSES to refund or or take any responsibility!
Seller is unresponsive, support doesn't want to help even after providing proof and despite what they say on their site making them COMPLICIT IN FRAUD! If sellers are free to scam buyers WITHOUT REPERCUSSIONS Eldorado.gg is A SCAM SITE! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! YOU LOST ONE MORE CUSTOMER! SCAM SITE AVOID!

Sells accounts and then claims it back through the original email. Its a scamy website and should be avoided. You are going to lose your money and the account you are buying.

Worst site to sell or buy on, was selling on this site and got suspended for nothing. Also I bought something, eldorado support goes for seller and screw you up.

Yes it is a scam group, if you verify as a seller they will ban you for no reason and won't explain at all, I asked them to delete my account hoping my information along with it will be removed, although I think they still have it in their database.

As I'm now trying to take legal action and submit a legal case at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ hoping they'll investigate this shady company, hopefully you guys tried to do the same the more the merrier and investigate this company ASAP as I saw many victims are part of it, including me being idiot for not researching about this shop first.

These scammer website permanently banned my account after 77 positive review and wighout single negative review and i asked them why and they said they cannot disclose further information, they are scamming buyer and sellers and never reply why they ban you just aware of them

TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. This is a scam, the account is STILL being used by someone else. Eldorado will NOT help you once you are scammed out of your money AND your account. Don't fall victim to this like I did. Go to another site. If you choose to proceed, know you're on your own, and will have zero protection. Except maybe your bank, but if you do a chargeback, eldorado will suspend you, even with ample proof their seller is a scammer, and will allow them to continue to scam.

I had a problem with the account and the seller wouldn't answer, so I had to make 3 tickets showing them their own policy, only for them to cancel them. 38 dollars wasted

I have bought several accounts for different games and platforms. Delivery is always immediate. The most impressive aspect is support. The few times I had issues with accounts, support was amazing and I always received a full refund. This is the site to use for buying game accounts. Only negative is that there are sometimes issues with accounts but it's normally on the seller side.

I wanted to be a seller here and tried to verification. I add my ID card and selfie photo for verification. Even though everything is true, they suddenly said my account is suspended. I tried to talk with the support about this situation ( Support's name is "Bob") He write literally nothing even he seen all the messages. I said that I gonna report this website for taken all my informations and photos then make me suspended. Support just said: " Of course. " Then i wrote him like this: " Bob, are u gonna help me or not? ". He just write after 5 seconds: "No." and close the chat. Now i cant be able to connect to live chat anymore))) This website is a big scam for anybody thinking about to use it. Never ever buy and try to sell anything.

What a scam of a site. Terrible customer service! I paid extra for a warranty, then the information I got for an account I bought wasn't usable, refused to refund me. You pay for a warranty that doesn't even work. Such a scam. Also when you talk to customer service they respond like NPC'S. They also told me that in 24 hours they cancel the order if issue isn't resolved, which the issue wasn't. 24 hours come and they say the same thing. The seller can pretend to be helpful by simply responding so the order never gets cancelled, they can lie and run down the clock until your warranty is gone and then the order can't be refunded or cancelled. It's a huge scam!

Worst place to by furniture. Fake leather is being sold for top dollars. $5600.00 sectional peeling within 6 months and manufacture warranty doesn't cover it. Manger advised to send a technician at my own expense. Don't waste your money.

A newcomer, started to create an account, have met all the requirements, after couple minutes got a notification says account suspended Permanently, Reason: Suspicious Activity. Like, seriously?
Contacted customer support, and they said nothing can be done here even tho if I newly applied my documents. No details given for account suspension.

Today I registered for the first time on this website to start selling. Instantly after completing ID verification my account got permanently suspended. Support staff said that there will be no information about my ban and then straight up left the chat :\

DO NOT use this site. Today I sent my ID and a photo of myself to get verified as a seller. 10 minutes after that I got suspended, no reason given. Asked the live chat support, they didn't give any reason neither and also I got banned from the chat since I can't use it anymore.

So... You give them your real life identity and they suspend you immediately without any reason given. Be aware of identity theft.

I happened months ago. I tried to verify with my ID but when I sent my photo of me and my ID they immediately suspend my account permanently. They didn't give any reason and just said only their team knows. I checked in sitejabber turns out I'm not the only one who's identity is stolen.

Suspended my account when I tried to verify. Customer support was useless and said they weren't disclosing any information. John also took 30 minutes to reply.
