Don't waste your time or money. This site is not worth it, most of the matches have no pictures or enough information. Customer service doesn't reply to emails when you want to cancel your subscription, but if you erase or update your payment information you get their personalized instant email.

I gave 1 star because I had no option. It deserves 0. It's a shame how this app still works scamming people and taking their money. EHarmony is the worst dating app ever. I can't cancel my subscription and what they offer is not worth it considering the price they charge you. Nothing happens, no likes, no matches, no messages, anything. It looks like nobody is able see your profile. Waste of money! Please, don't subscribe, this app is clearly a scam

I got on eHarmony because it said they had Hundreds of listings to look at and talk to. I am in Elpaso and the list was 4.4 people and I paid them for that I am so stupid. I asked for a refund and they said no. There are more listing but they are like 200 to 300 miles away. They all say that it is to far for a relationship and I agree. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THAT WAY I CAN GO TO MATCH AND MAYBE FINE SOMEONE.

EHarmony is a joke. I paid a lot of money and have gotten absolutely nothing for it. It's been two months since there was even a so-called match. And they still are taking money out of my account and refuse to cancel my subscription. Save your money and go somewhere else they are nothing but a rip off.

I'm not understanding how eHarmony has such good reviews. My experience was the opposite. The price for membership is not worth it, as they do absolutely nothing more than a free dating site would do. The people they match you with are either way off. I cancelled my membership, although they'll continue to take money from my card for 6 months. I would advise anyone thinking about a membership with eHarmony to rethink it and do some research on what others are saying. Their expensive prices DO NOT match what you actually receive. Unless you have $378.00 to just throw away, keep away from eHarmony.

The "chemistry" matching is a joke. I've yet
To find ANYONE that has similar interests or ideals. I don't drink alcohol and there is no criteria to weed that out so I continue I have to address if after matching/chatting. I am more "left" leaning and I have been matched twice with almost offensive right-wing nuts. The caliber of men I've come across is not impressive. AND they don't give you an option to do a month so they lock you in to bleed you dry! DON'T DO IT!

I would not recommend eharmony at all. They take your money…and then that's it. Nothing else. Most of the matches are far away. I had higher hopes while signing up. I am totally disappointed.

I went on to the Eharmony website and started a profile. I signed up because of the reputation of eharmony. I live in a smaller town and once I signed up, I noticed 12 profiles from my area to choose from. I asked for my money back to close the account and I was told "no" and the decision was final. Within 24 hours, I wanted to cancel and the request was denied. They told me to expand my distance and told me long-distance relationships can be a great thing, which I disagree with because I'm looking for someone in my area. I am not impressed with their response and I would recommend if you're from a smaller town. I'm not looking for a pen pal, I'm looking for a relationship. I would give 1 out of 5 Stars.

Should have done my research before going to this site. It's expensive! I've been on there for about 5 months now and most of the women ignore my message, read it and not reply back, or simply say goodbye. I have met a few nice women on the site but when we go to video date it never works! Have brought this to the attention of the site 2 months ago and they still have yet to fix or address the problem. You would think during a pandemic when most people are in, their video date option would be top priority for them! Plus all the women I have met live at least 50-100 plus miles away! None what so ever within 10 to 20 miles that I could met for a coffee, feel it out, and if it doesn't seem like its going to work I would still have the rest of my day to do what I want! Who the hell wants to drive 100 miles just to find out your date is trash! Not this guy!

I tried the service for a few days and didn't like it however was refused a refund and am now stuck with a one year membership. It's absolutely extraordinary that a company refuses to cancel the subscription when it doesn't cost them anything. The customer service promising commitments are not only misleading but they are false. Stay away from this site

Terrible. Few real matches in my area and few outside it, this is not a good site. I tried to cancel my subscription on the first day and they refused, wouldn't even offer a partial refund. What kind of company refuses a refund after the first day, it really speaks to the character of the people working there.

I signed up for a year but never used it so a few months before it was to auto renew, I canceled the subscription. I double checked a few weeks after that to verify I had canceled it and I had. Fast forward a few months and they withdrew over $300 from my account and refuse to refund even though I had canceled! Do not use them!

I'd give EHarmony a 0 but there's no option. First, I signed up for six months at a discounted price only to be enrolled in a one year contract and it's $600. There's no customer service to fix it. I have been trying to dance for months. What's worse is the service isn't worth it. I get it. I'm in rural Montana but there's no matches here. Or anywhere near here according to their algorithms. I work a lot and I'm on the middle of nowhere but this is a price I'm not willing to pay. Save your money.

I canceled the membership like the way they provided but after that they said my account still active and than they withdraw my money for whole years member ship with the big amount more than 400 CAN

They deleted my account without my permission and expect me to pay out the rest of my contract without access to my account. They will not do anything to help me and will not refund me or let me out of my contract! Do not sign up! You cannot get out of your contract no matter what. The matches suck as well! They have asked me to make a new account and repay and that's the only way I can have access to eharmony because they completed deleted my profile.

Joined thinking because it was more expensive than other sites, it had to be better. Boy was I wrong. Minimal amount of matches, let alone visits to my profile. Didn't realize it was a contract so can't stop deductions from my card. So sorry I didn't check this first. 2 months in, I'm about to report my card lost to save the $600 left on the contract. DON'T DO IT!

I wouldn't even give it one star. Worst site ever. They charge you a TON of money and want to offer you packages that are a year or two long. First, most people I know including myself aren't trying to be on this site or any dating site any longer than they have to. So only offering an ungodly high monthly package, their only other options are 1 or 2 year plans which are still really high! Again who is trying to be on a dating site for that long! Ridiculous. Then when I finally did sign up there are almost never any new matches, it's the same people all the time. Even better, after you go through 4 or 5 pages of matches, the matches are like 100 miles away. It's hard enough to meet people in my neighborhood. HOW and WHY would I want to look that far away?!?!? WORST site ever! NEVER EVER PAY FOR OR USE THIS SITE EVER! And their customer service is the worst. They just regurgitate paragraphs of crap and don't listen to anything the customer has to say. I also have friends that have signed up, and spent more money than me, and are equally disgusted with Eharmony.
