The absolute worst company to buy from.
Bought a dress that was the length of a T-shirt and I am 5ft 2. Paid for RETURN £2.99 for them to refuse my return and ask if I want to pay £3.99 to receive it BACK? Disgraceful robbing company. Avoid

I ordered 2 items from Egoshoes. They came at expected time. The products came as described on their website. They came intact. It was easy to shop and look for what I needed. They have multiple items available like clothing, shoes and accessories. They had a clearance sale going on too. The prices are reasonable. The products are made with quality material. Do keep in mind that you will need to ask them for tracking number. Mine was already on the way but I had to ask to be given it.

I ordered 4 dresses and sent them all back only to find I am only being refunded for 1 dress. After contacting them I was told they had marks on so would be disposing of them even though I have paid for them. Just wow this had never happened before with any other online shop. A communication would be standard don't you think to advise. I'm out of pocket. I will not be ordering from here again and will make sure all my friends don't either

I bought from Ego a few times. Almost every time I ordered they sent me an email weeks later saying the items I purchased are "out of stock" and will issue a refund. They need to fix this on their website with in stock/out of stock products. Shipping takes so long, at least 2 or 3 weeks... mind you their return policy is 28 days from purchase. I needed to return shoes that were too small and it was "outside the return window" even though it wasn't 28 days past. Which was weird. Then when I contacted customer service, they wanted to charge me $29 dollars for a return label to ship back. They're insane.

I ordered 4 items a month ago and never received them. The tracking number keeps saying the shipping company haven't received the package and when I contacted EGO customer service they told me to keep waiting. It's ridiculous and I will put a claim with my credit card company as EGO is refusing to reimburse my money. Just stay AWAY from this fraudulent website.

I ordered some boots from the website. For the price, the quality was a bit disappointing. Not the worst, not the best, but something this quality is usually a lower price point. The boots were very narrow and uncomfortable, so I won't wear them. Shipping time was reasonably and the website is somewhat user friendly.

This is ridiculous I ordered from this site for the first time almost over a month ago and after today I will not be ordering again. There is no customer service number and the only way to contact anyone is through the sites email and no one will return your email. Didn't receive a valid tracking number and when I went to put it in on the usps site and all its been saying for over 4 weeks now is that it's awaiting package. This site is a scam and I want my money back I paid through Afterpay and it's still continuing to take out of my account even tho I have yet to receive a package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a dress from Ego which ended up being too small and had to send back. I then received an email nearly 2 weeks later saying that I would not be getting a refund and they had disposed of my dress as there was apparently hair and makeup on the dress and it was unfit for resale.

The image they provided not only showed that there was no makeup on the dress AT ALL but also showed a singular piece of hair on the dress, which was blonde and I have brown hair.

Not only have they disposed of my dress without getting in contact with me first, but they are also refusing a refund or exchange or sending my dress back to me because of a singular strand of hair on the dress, which deems the dress unfit for resale apparently.

I have emailed endless times, and their only response was for me to read their FAQ's, and now I am being ignored entirely. Both out of pocket and without my dress.

I am extremely upset by this matter because due to the cost of living situation ad it being a week before Christmas I could have sold my dress on myself for some money if they weren't to accept my return but instead they have destroyed my belongings.

Ripped off. Bought a poorly designed item that I never wore. Returned it. They lied and said it smelled of perfume. I never wore it. Refused to refund me and I had to pay to get it back. Avoid

I recently had the most frustrating and disappointing experience with EGO, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal. I placed an order on December 8th with the promise of next day delivery, as I was eagerly anticipating my outfit for my birthday on December 12th. Unfortunately, my parcel was never delivered, and after reaching out to Royal Mail, I received confirmation that it was misplaced.

My attempts to resolve this issue with EGO have been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been trying to get assistance for over a month, attaching proof of the mishap, but to no avail. The customer service at EGO is shockingly horrible. Despite multiple emails and clear evidence of the problem, they have not bothered to respond or take any steps to rectify the situation.

I am left with no choice but to leave this scathing review, as it seems the only way to garner any attention. The lack of communication and assistance from EGO is appalling, and it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise against ordering from EGO. In the unfortunate event that your parcel gets lost, do not expect any help or a refund. This has been a truly terrible experience, and I will never consider ordering from EGO again. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your shopping needs.

Absolutely horrendous!
I am disgusted that I got some shoes and wore them once and they broke. When speaking with the customer service team; they were extremely unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

These heels are sooo fire with the color and with the look of them! They are comfortable as well even though they are a very high heel. The shipping was very quick as well.

Ego contacted me and claimed that they don't accept my return because the warehouse claimed the top of the set I've ordered would be washed which just isn't true. The set didn't have a price tag which I assumed normal because some companies don't put a price tag on their clothes and I never ordered from ego before. I also didn't notice any washed smell. The quality was not as I expected for the price and the clothes were also a bit to small so I returned the set with reason ‚bad quality'. I would never wash an item that I give back and I couldn't wear the clothes as well. Now I can't do anything, they just keep my money and they also keep the clothes (which wouldn't fit me anyways but I just won't get back anything even though I didn't do anything). I will also not receive a refund for the trousers which weren't claimed „washed" at all. They also stated that the clothes „will NOT be accepted and will be disposed of, with no refund issued", so they just throw the clothes away and I receive nothing for a false claim they made. The part that they just throw the clothes away isn't sustainable or acceptable at all! I've never experienced something like this. The customer service also hasn't done anything to help me. What they claim just isn't true. The fact that they don't put price tags on which makes it impossible to proof that the clothes weren't worn but they also throw the clothes away makes me extremely suspicious and I'd never buy from there again. The only thing they've offered me was a 20% store credit which is a joke.

I got exactly what I ordered and the items are true to size and very pretty. If you want affordable trendy shoes this is the place for you.

I bought a pair of nude croc print mules from Ego shoes and I'm in love. They were only £9.99 and definitely value for money. Couldn't be happier!

I ordered for the first time received a wrong trucking number and there is no way to contact them, I tried. Never again

Looks like good clothing on the website but the material and condition is worse than shien for so much money.

I'd like to return this item, but they want to charge me $29 shipping for a mistake they made. Total scam.

If I could give ZERO stars to this company, I absolutely would!😡😡 I ordered from this company for the first time. It was an order of 4 items which were of poor/faulty quality so I requested a return label for 3 of the items.They offered my half of my money back and to keep the items, but I declined! After going back and forth with them about a return label I finally got this for the 3 items, but before sending the items back I decided to add the 4th item to the bunch which I initially was going to keep. I simply changed my mind bc this company seems rude and unpleasant. Before sending off the return I emailed them 2x to ask if I could add the 4th item to the package since the return ticket was only for the initial 3 items. No one cared to answer! I then decided to sent everything back ( incl the 4th item) ánd provided this company with my postal evidence. After days of asking, they finally confirmed to have received the package and were working on the return for "JUST" 3 items. I keep telling them in several follow-up emails that the 4th item was also sent back in the same package and that I need the return for all 4 faulty items! Now nobody is responding to me at all when I wrote them at least 4 times already!😡😡
I still have not received any part of my refund, I believe it takes up to 15 days to process this😏, however, I want my money for the total of 4 ITEMS because I work hard for my money! And I will file a claim if they dont give me all my money! I will never order with this company again nor will my family or friends after this very, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional treatment/ordeal! A company with absolutely no integrity! 🤮
