Update* EGO responded and said that they could PayPal a invoice of $29.20 to me for the shipping of the return and once I paid that they would send me a return label. Absolutely ridiculous! That is more than I paid for the shoes plus, why would I pay ahead of time with how shady these people are?!? I'm pretty sure I would pay and then never hear from them again. After sharing my issues with that option they said they would send me a return label and asked that I send them the exact item number I would be returning. I did send them what they asked and it has been over 24 hours and I have not heard back from them.

*Original review* I ordered two pairs of slippers of the same kind but in different colors and sizes. When my package came, the two pairs were not at all alike in quality. One is made of cheap foam for the sole and the other is a real rubber sole. I contacted the company to find out how to resolve my problem and received an automated response with a link to print a return label. Although I don't feel like I should have to pay to ship them back due to this being an error in their part I was going to just get a refund and eat the cost of shipping them back. The link that they provided to print the return label did not work and keeps giving me an error message. I should have been leery of this company when I placed the order and tried to make an account and it wouldn't let me login. When you request a password reset it says that the link has expired. It's just been one frustration after another and totally not worth it. Lesson learned and WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER! Terrible web platform, terrible customer service and terrible company!

Absolutely disgusting company that steals your money…I tried a coat on once that absolutely drowned me in size so decided to send it back and they are insinuating that it smelt of perfume and won't refund my money! It was tried on for less than a minute and returned in perfect condition with the labels still attached and in the same packaging! And they then have the cheek to say I have to pay postage if I want it back! Reading previous reviews it seems this is the excuse they give a lot of customers for not refunding your money back…Avoid buying from here.worst customer service EVER!
