It took longer than expected to get here, was expensive with expensive shipping. And we were expecting a gel or at least a thick liquid. But with very thin liquid, it's taken several applications for the desired result.
So far this has been a good website is very easy. I had questions regarding delivery and all my questions were answered. Your representative was very helpful. My product was shipped on the specific date that I requested. Delivered the day we agreed to. Wrapped with care. Very satisfied

It was very easy to purchase your Capture Carpet Cleaner with your website. We have been using Capture carpet cleaner for many years and love the power it had in cleaning ground on dirt heavy use areas of our carpet. Just dust the powder over the bad areas, brush it in and let it sit awhile and then vacuum. I'm so glad you had it available at such a reasonable price.
This is the second time that i've ordered from efloors. This first time was years ago & a very good experience & why that I returned: Their price beat the pants off of local distributors, including shipping which is not cheap. On the most recent order I was expecting notification from E-Floors when my order was shipped but did not receive notice. UPS called & said that they had motor freight shipment at their depot locally & when could I receive.
Great price and shipping was pretty quick. Only complaint is lack of communication. I never received an email that my order was shipped until I called questioning when I would receive my order. I also had 1 damaged box which I called about immediately. I followed their instructions regarding getting a replacement but I have not received any communication if the replacement has been shipped?
EFloors had the best pricing, after shopping around. Their customer service was great, shipped items packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping! Will buy from them again, in fact we have! We have another order in process.
Issue with shopping cart- did not show my second sample request and could not change order quantity, so I ended up with a double order of samples I wanted. Home page stated no credit card required for samples, but I had to charge anyway to complete order.?
Asked what the size of the samples were. No response. The stores in my area as well as the factory give full planks for free to lay some out to see what the floor will look like. A 4x4 square. Not so much
I've called and asked for tile samples on 3 separate occasions and each time I was told that samples would be shipped to me. However I never received anything. I first asked for samples back in early March.
Since I mostly interested in Canyon Slate tiles I order them directly for the.99 cent option. I just wish I need about this back in March because I would have just ordered the samples. I don't appericate being repeatedly lied to on the phone by the sales staff.
Ordered April 25th and still have yet to receive the rest of my products. First batch of products was the wrong products.
Now waiting for my flooring. Was told 3-4 weeks after ordering. However, I have followed up every week and have been told last 3 weeks mid next week.
I understand the shortage but in the construction and remodeling industry. Commitments are made. Ive now been delayed on my project and looking at 2-3 weeks behind and possibly gonna be further and cutting into my profits.
Very disappointed.
In the process of my first order from this site and I'm already having an issue.
Paid for shipping and handling of an order of flooring material, and received notification that the product is on back order for about a month before they can even receive and then ship to me.
I called per the email's instructions to their customer service regarding this problem and I got nothing but "I'm sorry"s and "you can always cancel if you want". I don't need to be reminded I can cancel my own order that's unexpectedly back ordered for a month.
I asked for any kind of discount or price reduction even on just the shipping I'm paying for and I received a "no because COVID" kind of response.
I understand things happen, but there's got to be some acknowledgment that I'm being considerably inconvenienced, and part of being the link between manufacturer and customer is making good (where possible) when things like this happen. I am not a satisfied customer.
I ordered a pack of flooring and I ended of having someone else do the floors. When I checked my order status to see if the floors had shipped it stated it was still processing so I called the company to just cancel the order. They told me the website just wasn't updated yet but it was to late to cancel and I return the items. So because their delayed website updates I'm not stuck with flooring I don't can't use.

They missed the shipping time listed at time of purchase, put a delay on delivery.
When I called several times to try to arrange revised shipping dates, it was a new conversation each time. When they finally offered to have floors shipped directly from manufacturer because they were so late, to save a few days of waiting... on the newly scheduled day of delivery - they did not send any information or tracking for it whatsoever. When the day they verbally said it would ship by came, I called for delivery information only to be told it was just going on (had not gone out yet though!) and that I would recieve shipping info by the end of the day it was supposed to be here. No compensation or recourse and barely an apology offered. The best they could do was offer to cancel the order, which of course is no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM EFLOORS.

Sales-Service was very helpful on several calls I made. Price is right for product ordered and Free-Shipping! Material received by truck, on pallet, shrink wrapped in good condition, despite some boxes open on end due to glue failure
Website is easy to navigate - I've been looking at this product in every store and cannot get less than $4.50/sq ft. This is a fantastic price! The math is 'exact' - other sites added 2 more boxes for the same square footage.
Very easy and the price was right. However, instead of the time listed for shipping it took double the time and no one contacted me about the delay. I had to call the company to find out when my floors would be shipped. They did get back to me the following work day and advised me that it would be shipped soon. I think it was on back order but an email should have been sent advising me of the delay.
Not sure if it was our system or yours but tried to place the order multiple times on 2 different devices before getting it placed on my phone. Very frustrating!

Prompt response to phone inquiry. Product price is similar to what others are charging. Shipping costs seem high. Package will only weigh about 10 lbs.
Received an email asking to confirm that I had received the order before it was even shipped. This could have been co-ordinated better. However, customer service resolved the issue.
