I requested an estimate through their website and nearly immediately, I had one in my inbox. I had a couple of questions so called and spoke with Carli. SHE IS AMAZING! Not only was she professional, but super helpful and friendly. She is all about giving exceptional customer service. I ordered on a Saturday and had the flooring by Friday! Incredible! It is difficult to find companies who care about the customer these days. Efloors.com surpassed my expectations by a mile; thank you! Well done!
Seemed like a great place to get floors for a good price but when I need to cancel my order (life event happened and I couldn't be home to receive the order) it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't seen my refund. I do have a confirmation the order was cancelled and when I called to see where the refund was, they weren't too enthusiastic - again, beware

Ordered April 25th and still have yet to receive the rest of my products. First batch of products was the wrong products.
Now waiting for my flooring. Was told 3-4 weeks after ordering. However, I have followed up every week and have been told last 3 weeks mid next week.
I understand the shortage but in the construction and remodeling industry. Commitments are made. Ive now been delayed on my project and looking at 2-3 weeks behind and possibly gonna be further and cutting into my profits.
Very disappointed.

I ordered 1 box (7 tiles) of Interceramic Basole: Bruno 20" x 20" Ceramic Floor Tile
Order #: *******. 4 out of 7 tiles were delivered broken in pieces.
In addition, the web-site says Basole: Bruno 20" x 20" Ceramic Floor Tile
That is not the size, the tiles are smaller, and I cannot use them for my renovation project.
On Sep 7,2021, I contacted the company immediately after unpacking the order via phone, they told me to send a message with photos via their web-site, which I did. I explained the issues in detail, attached pictures, and politely requested a full refund, and if they needed me to return the tiles, to email me a shipping label and arrange a mail carrier pickup. The message on the web-site said if they need to, they will contact me within 24 hours.
On Sep 9,2021, after not getting any response, I called again, went over the situation with the rep, she said they will contact me.
Today is Sept 13,2021, still no response.
I demand my money back. This is outrageous!
Was working on kitchen remodel. I found e floors by using search for flooring. They had a better place than I could find locally. Ordered the flooring and knew it was delayed. They said I would get notice of shipping. Didn't get anything. Called to find order had shipped but they didn't have estimate on arrival. They would email me when they knew. Next day truck drops off the shipment of 7 boxes of wreck flooring. One of the cartons is ripped open with all the flooring piece damaged ( snap together type) I called e floors and took pictures and they said they would process a new box and ship. I thought great service, let me know. I plan on working on the floor but need the other box. Fed ex pulls up with a flooring box out of the blue with about an inch ripped out of all the tiles. I refuse delivery and call e floors again for refund. ( I will find last box local) I am told it will take several weeks to figure out of shipper or manufacturing were going to pay for damaged box. Funny I paid for them 2 months ago, but e floors is going to my refund for flooring I can't use. The packaging it terrible on eteck flooring. Almost every tile was damaged somewhere on the edges. So much for simple snap and lock.

Well quote was for free shipping but that was only for the day u got the quote. When u order, u pay shipping. Not sure the lower price is worth hassle

I ordered my flooring on January 3, and they delivered it one week later. There were no issues with the product, payment, or delivery. 45 boxes of Armstrong luxury vinyl... my floor looks beautiful! Thank you! Yes I would recommend this to others. Do your homework! You can save a lot of money!
For the record, I am not in any way affiliated with this company. This is an honest consumer review...

In the process of my first order from this site and I'm already having an issue.
Paid for shipping and handling of an order of flooring material, and received notification that the product is on back order for about a month before they can even receive and then ship to me.
I called per the email's instructions to their customer service regarding this problem and I got nothing but "I'm sorry"s and "you can always cancel if you want". I don't need to be reminded I can cancel my own order that's unexpectedly back ordered for a month.
I asked for any kind of discount or price reduction even on just the shipping I'm paying for and I received a "no because COVID" kind of response.
I understand things happen, but there's got to be some acknowledgment that I'm being considerably inconvenienced, and part of being the link between manufacturer and customer is making good (where possible) when things like this happen. I am not a satisfied customer.
It was pretty painless ordering, but delivery took longer than expected (2 weeks) and that shortened the time I had to complete my project by several days. The real problem I have is the quality of the flooring planks through shipping, at least half the planks were damaged on the tabs that insert into the grooves of the mating planks. I either had to use them for end pieces or shave/modify the tabs so they could fit together.
The packaging did nothing to protect these fragile parts of the laminate.
The team was very nice and helped me get my order together for my bathroom shower. Tile took a little longer than expected to arrive, but through no fault of FCA. Team was nice and courteous, and Justin on the team was quick to answer. Picked up my tile, and am very happy with my selection. And note, FCA had a much better selection of tile than the big box stores, and in colors other than brown and gray, though there were plenty of those, too.

I visited the Better Business Bureau and was pleased to see your A+ rating. I was initially weary of ordering given some of the reviews. However, Rachel was quick to respond with price quote yesterday. I inquired about taxes on the product today, but haven't heard back yet. I'm assuming they are included in the cost. I am hopefully that this will be a good experience. Thank you.
I shopped local so I could see and touch the flooring and once I decided on what I wanted, I ordered from efloors and saved almost 50%! My Shaw Coretech Luxury Vinyl was exactly as expected. It arrived on time and was factory packaged. Only 1 box was slightly damaged resulting in 2 or 3 pieces having chipped corners but were still mostly usable. Our flooring just got installed and we love it! Before I ordered, I emailed customer service regarding transition pieces and they were quick to respond. Once I ordered, I emailed again the next day to inquire about adding a few more cases to my order. The customer service rep called me right away and modified my order which qualified me for an even bigger discount. I would definitely order from them again.
Simple ordering process, but didn't receive my item for a month. Package came from a Miguel Bastos? Sample shown on website is zoomed out so far it doesn't remotely reflect what was sent. I wouldn't have bothered if it had. Thanks anyway. At least it was free.
From the beginning to the end Efloors helped me out. Professional service and prompt shipping. Highly recommended A++++++
Thank you Rachel!

I don't how it says free shipping then come to find out it's on orders over $1200. Bait and switch. Not good service.
For an online retailer, the shipping costs are outrageous. I paid 175% more for shipping than the cost of the product I purchased. I spoke with one of your customer service representatives about discount options and they very clearly said "shipping discounts are for flooring customers only". I expect that from a brick&mortar store with an online 'division', not an online retailer. Unfortunately for me, eFloors is the exclusive retailer for the Capture product line.
I was able to purchase the same vinyl floor at half the cost. That's correct - HALF THE COST. "what a blessing." On two occassions, I had to make changes to my order and the customer service rep. Rachel - was awesome. Also, they provided the shipment which was about the time I would need it. The product is beautiful. You will not be please 100%. RLB /

I spoke to a really nice and knowledgeable gal yesterday. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she recommended ordering the trim at the same time to save shipping costs. I would not have thought of that! Knowing that there are people like that at Efloors to help and that you are located here in the Midwest, really reassured me making a large purchase like this online.
I also appreciate seeing the price in the cart, rather than having to wait for someone to give me a quote. Thanks for not wasting my time and just telling it straight.
Disappointed that large Free Shipping banner on website, was disallowed for tile in the fine print of T&Cs. Very close to bait and switch
First off, Efloors had the best price for my Shaw Pantheon HD+ natural bevel Alabaster after looking at nearly 10 other websites and getting quotes, plus I got an extra discount for Black Friday. Second, once the pallet of flooring arrived, some boxes were damaged - BUT Efloors asked me how many boards were damaged and refunded me per damaged board (with a picture for proof). Some of the stair noses and trim were also damaged, and since those were in stock, Efloors shipped me replacements very quickly. (They probably would have sent me new floor boards too, but they were out of stock and shipping from somewhere overseas). Third, I spoke to Neely Abegg on the phone from the original quote through dealing with the damaged goods and she was AWESOME! Very friendly and kind! She even was patient enough to check on my order while I was waiting for it to be shipped. I was really hesitant initially to buy through this company, but I do not regret it at all. Now installing the floor was NO easy feat, but over the course of a month, I was able to install it all myself (with help from youtube - Home RenoVision DIY and So That's How You Do That!) with the help of a friend and a LVP cutter that I borrowed from a professional installer (probably not needed, but made cuts fast). In all, I love this flooring and everyone who comes to my house says that they like it. Of all the LVP flooring samples that I had in my house (>50) this one was the most realistic and didn't have that harsh straight joint seam that your socks are almost surely going to get stuck to over time. It's a shame that my local flooring store who sells this flooring wouldn't match any web price! But I saved literally thousands of dollars with Efloors. Also, FYI, Shaw owns Coretec, who makes the Shaw Pantheon HD+ Natural Bevel (so its actually a Coretec product!)
Tip for consumers:
Watch plenty of YouTube videos to see how other people install it, but you can totally do it yourself and save a lot of money on install.

BUYER BEWARE! I recently ordered flooring, grout, adhesive and strips at much lower price than local flooring company. I thought it was a great deal--WRONG! I based my order on their suggested calculations. However, I had so much leftover UNOPENED grout, adhesive and flooring that is basically being tossed. Unfortunately, you cannot return cartons unless 4 cartons or more? Really, your measurements must be really off to have 4 cartons of leftover materials. The flooring transition piece was basically a drawing and I couldn't tell that it was rubbish based on the drawing.Do not order Armstrong LVT transition piece--it is unusable. That went into the trash also. Given the cost of the overage, it would have been much cheaper to go locally with less stress. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, unless you are certain of your needs, do not order from Efloors.
Tip for consumers:
READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE ORDERING. When I called, I was told that it was my contractors fault but I based my order on their recommendations. Provide pictures of materials. Had I be able to see the transition piece instead of poor drawing, I would have never ordered it.

The form kept on pulling up my telephone number as the item number. It did this multiple times until I went in on a different computer. Even then it picked up my name and a prior cart. I could not use the form fill feature at all.
I am in San Diego CA and was looking for a high end LVPs by Karndean

It didn't allow me to calculate square footage, so I'm unable to know how many boxes I should order.
Ordered floors, asked 3 different phone reps to confirm availability. Was promised shipping within 48 hours. Called after 48 hours, was assured that the floors were in stock, and shipping date was delayed. Called again a few days later, was given a shipping date. Called on date of shipping to confirm, was told product wasn't shipped and was no longer available, and they were looking for "similar products" for me. 2 weeks of time wasted because nobody actually bothered to check product availability, or didn't bother to tell me. Two other flooring stores I'd called at the start had actually checked distributor stock and told me there wasn't sufficient stock left, thanks for not wasting my time.
Was told I was issued a refund on Dec 1. On Dec 10th still no refund. After repeated calls and emails was finally given a refund receipt, and got the refund on Dec 15th, 2 weeks after the order was canceled.
I would probably take my business elsewhere.
