Seemed like a great place to get floors for a good price but when I need to cancel my order (life event happened and I couldn't be home to receive the order) it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't seen my refund. I do have a confirmation the order was cancelled and when I called to see where the refund was, they weren't too enthusiastic - again, beware
