Besides the price, purchasing through eFloors was a horrible experience. I never received an email with tracking information or if the tile had even shipped. I had to call multiple times just to get updates and was told the same excuse 3 times. I called on the 9th business day (1/23/20) and was told my tile had just shipped and as soon as tracking information is updated I should get an email. I called again on the 11th business day (1/27/20) and was told again my item just shipped again and everyone in the shipping department had already left for the day so they could not give me any tracking information. I was told the matter would be looked into and I should get an email by end of the following business day. I called again at the end of the 12th business day (1/28/20) and was told again that nobody was available in the shipping department (they had all gone home) and still could not get any type of tracking information or any type of official email stating my tile had even shipped. I was told the tile had shipped though each time but no proof could be provided. On the 13th business day, a UPS driver notified me 1hr prior to me having to go to work that he would be arriving at my house to deliver the tile at the same time I was suppose already be at work (there was no scheduled appointment time for the delivery or any form of notification that the tile had even shipped, no tracking information for me to even know where it was). This resulted in me being almost 2 hours late to work, thanks eFloors for the VERY VERY POOR COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

Was working on kitchen remodel. I found e floors by using search for flooring. They had a better place than I could find locally. Ordered the flooring and knew it was delayed. They said I would get notice of shipping. Didn't get anything. Called to find order had shipped but they didn't have estimate on arrival. They would email me when they knew. Next day truck drops off the shipment of 7 boxes of wreck flooring. One of the cartons is ripped open with all the flooring piece damaged ( snap together type) I called e floors and took pictures and they said they would process a new box and ship. I thought great service, let me know. I plan on working on the floor but need the other box. Fed ex pulls up with a flooring box out of the blue with about an inch ripped out of all the tiles. I refuse delivery and call e floors again for refund. ( I will find last box local) I am told it will take several weeks to figure out of shipper or manufacturing were going to pay for damaged box. Funny I paid for them 2 months ago, but e floors is going to my refund for flooring I can't use. The packaging it terrible on eteck flooring. Almost every tile was damaged somewhere on the edges. So much for simple snap and lock.
Checked inventory with Rachel on 4/14/17 and told delivery would be in 1-2 weeks. Hoping to avoid same issues I had with previous order which was processed when you did not have the item in stock, or available for months from the purchase date...
I was lucky to have discovered e-floors. Their prices are better, even with shipping costs, than any I could find locally. When I needed to make an adjustment to my order, it was handled in a friendly, professional manner. I would definitely shop here again.
This is the second time that i've ordered from efloors. This first time was years ago & a very good experience & why that I returned: Their price beat the pants off of local distributors, including shipping which is not cheap. On the most recent order I was expecting notification from E-Floors when my order was shipped but did not receive notice. UPS called & said that they had motor freight shipment at their depot locally & when could I receive.
Prompt response to phone inquiry. Product price is similar to what others are charging. Shipping costs seem high. Package will only weigh about 10 lbs.
Received an email asking to confirm that I had received the order before it was even shipped. This could have been co-ordinated better. However, customer service resolved the issue.
Poor communication from eFloors, no notice that order was shipped until I contacted them to find out if/when the order would ship. In fact it was already in shipment.
Minor forklift damage to a couple of boxes.
Same part number as the flooring we are replaceing but not really an exact match.The "hand scraping" does not match the original floor.
So my credit card was turned down, probably the fraud protection, but because of the holiday the bank was closed. But the sale is only on until tonight (holiday sale), so it was a catch 22 situation! So after trying several ways to pay for the order, i finally was able to use paypal & I am pretty sure it all went through ok. I did not get a email saying it was being shipped until I got a call from the shipper. But all is well
4/19/17 I'm nervous about making such a large purchase online, but so far I'm pleased with the transaction.
5/4/17 After reading so many negative reviews, I was a little worried about getting my flooring from efloors.com. I must say I was wrong. The floors were on back order, but efloor's representative gave me specific dates as to when they'd be shipped. They arrived today, as a complete amd correct order. I will definitely let others know about efloors!
Quick and easy process - survey would be better taken once product is actually received.
Now that product has been received I'm am very pleased with quick delivery and accuracy of delivery date quoted. However, the product has not actually been used yet as I'm waiting for the availability of the person who will actually be installing my new floor. I will be happy to provide an update to my experience once the product is actually installed. Thank you
I have never used efloors before, so I admit I was nervous about an online order of this much money. I purchased 51 boxes of Shaw Alto LVP flooring, saving right at $1000 from the quote of my local floor dealer (not including install, just quote for floor). The floor arrived within two weeks of order on a pallet via UPS freight. All boxes were in perfect condition. I have installed about 1/3 of the floor when writing this review, and have had no problems. My experience with efloors was excellent. I can honestly recommend them.
So far it's fantastic. I saved over a thousand dollars by going with e floors. The delivery was fast and easy. It came well wrapped and undamaged. My floor guys will be putting the floor down soon. I was delighted to get free shipping and no tax. I will refer my friends to e floors. Thank you so much!
For an online retailer, the shipping costs are outrageous. I paid 175% more for shipping than the cost of the product I purchased. I spoke with one of your customer service representatives about discount options and they very clearly said "shipping discounts are for flooring customers only". I expect that from a brick&mortar store with an online 'division', not an online retailer. Unfortunately for me, eFloors is the exclusive retailer for the Capture product line.
Asked what the size of the samples were. No response. The stores in my area as well as the factory give full planks for free to lay some out to see what the floor will look like. A 4x4 square. Not so much
Called with a question this afternoon and got a person and not an answering service or a "dial 1 for flooring, 2 for blah blah blah." happy so far.
One of the 34 boxes we got looked like it was dropped on the corner or damaged during transport. I opened that corner and it looked like 2 of the planks were slightly damaged on the edge but I figured I'd just use those planks in an area that I need to cut a portion of them off to get them to fit. Overall very satisfied. I have not opened all of the boxes yet to inspect every one of them but the packaging all looked good and they were well packed for transport.
A little disappointed that your advertisement said free shipping online flooring orders and I had to pay $199.00 for shipping? Then I asked your online chat for a discount to help offset the shipping and it said NO and disconnected? Wow, that was abrupt. You encourage for people to inquire for best price so I did. I hope it is as beautiful as it looks. Well, I received the tiles and they are even more beautiful than they look online. I did notice they do not have any backing on them? I'm glad I will be hiring a professional to install. One more note, I did change the original amount of tiles that I needed and customer service handled the correction quickly but I'm still waiting on the partial refund.

Well designed site and quite functional. It appears that the products were shipped by third parties. I ordered samples from 3 different manufacturers. Shaw was the biggest sample and best service. Karndean was the smallest samples but good delivery time. Armstrong was much too slow and the samples varied in size. Not sure I'd do it again
The inability to enter multiple items (sample orders) into My Cart is extremely irritating. In addition, once I place an order I continually get a confirmation window that is for Donna L. Empkey for a total amount that is much more than my $0.99 sample order. You need some work on your site!
Website is a little slow. Was hoping not to have to pay shipping on a order over 100. But the people are very helpful on the phone and I got the trim I needed to complete the flooring job. The Armstrong laminate floor looks wonderful in my house and it is a quality product.
