Had the product I wanted at a reasonable price, delivery was faster than expected! It didn't even say it had shipped online and it was already at my door! Packaging was also excellent! Lots of boxes and bubble wrap to keep the tiles safe!

Great material and customer support

Great material and customer support. Shipping costs are high but I know tile is heavy. Just make sure you aren't ordering a small quantity or you will find yourself doubling the cost of the tile just for shipping!

Everything was great except that I ordered too much and would like to return 3 boxes and a bucket of grout. I was supposed to receive an email to move forward with the return but I haven't received anything.

Selecting a floor color is difficult. Efloors.com has made it easier by sending the full plank samples so we can get a better idea of what a full floor will look like. It's impossible to know with a 6x6 or 8x6 little sample. Thank you Efloors.com for such great service. I will make a decision soon.

The ordering was smooth and customer service people are very pleasant. There were a couple of glitches after the ordering process. (1) We were supposed to get an email notifying us of the tracking number. When that didn't arrive, we had to call to find out. (2) We were surprised when the shipment arrived because of its size (each plank = 1/2" x 7-7/8"). The samples we saw were much smaller! It came on a large, heavy pallet and we needed to hire movers to take the flooring upstairs to our 2nd floor condo. I checked the website and, sure enough, the dimensions are listed. But, the length and volume didn't register in my mind until I saw the shipment. I think it would be good for you to highlight the size in some way, so that people are better prepared to receive the order. Thank you.

There were some security issues according to my Google Browser, also I had some issues with the search bar and had to find the product on Google which linked to your site.

The floors arrived but some have crushed boxes. I have not inspected all of the contents to see if the floors inside also sustained damage.

You had all the tile I wanted to see which are on the armstrong site but not in any stores near me. You not only had the samples I was looking for, but after talking to one of your chat people you have better prices for Armstrong than I was quoted by my kitchen designer, so I will be back.

I purchased product from you in 2012 and now have to do some repair due to a water leak and you had what I needed again. Thanks. The underlayment was slightly damaged from water and scuffing on one end of one roll but it is usable.

I tried to use the chat to find availability of trim pieces. The chat transcript that I read the next day, showed that it took 19 min for the person to respond back.

Later, I tried to order a reducer/threshold and they made that available by added a T-Molding on the web site. May try again later.

Would have liked to see instructions for the floor stripper. I am assuming that this is diluted at 5:1.
After receiving product, found that the floor stripper is not concentrated; that disappoints me. Why can't the site have complete product description!?

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. I couldn't believe how quickly my order arrived. Only 5 days and there was a holiday in there. The quality of the tile was great. The delivery man was very friendly and professional. I know they are contracted, but this made the entire experience wonderful.

I only received samples at this time

I only received samples at this time. But will be ordering in the near future. I was pleased with the samples will give me an idea of what i will be ordering, but i do wish they would have come in a bigger size to see all colors in a sample of what it may be.just have to go by... maybe

Was looking for laminate flooring for my bedrooms that matched what was already in the hallway. Very easy to find just what I was looking for (hopefully). However, I did not receive my full order on the first delivery, but the rest of the order did arrive the next week. The flooring match perfectly with my current flooring except for the size. My current flooring planks are thinner than the ones order from efloors, but my installer says he can make them work...will just have to replace the hallway flooring with the new flooring so the flow into the bedrooms will be perfect. So overall, I'm happy.

So far placing order was simple and price was great, hopefully all goes well.

Now that the floors have arrived and we have installed them, i couldn't be happier. We had no issues at all from the ordering to the install. I will use E-floors again if the opportunity arises and i will also recommend them to anyone looking for floors.

Ordering was easy. The price was good. The UPS shipping was terrible. UPS is making you look bad. You deliver a good product at a good price and UPS ruins it with their inexcusable delays and failure to deliver on a timely manner. Due to their constantly shifting the freight around it became damaged.

Very easy to order, except that it is impossible to modify the cart.

The packing was not secure enough. A single metal strip was used, which enabled the cartons to roteate on the platform, thus causing damage to the packing, hopefully not to the planks. Two strips would have done a better job

The initial phone call to customer service was pleasant and handled very professionally. Online ordering was a snap! However, when I received the email confirmaton, the delivery time mentioned was way longer than what I was told on the phone. I immediately called and spoke with the person that sent the email to clear up the discrepancy. She seemed unknowledgeable about what products were in stock and immediately available. Ultimately, she put me on hold and confirmed that the original delivery time of 3 days was correct.
