Unfortunately this was my first time using this service and I never will again. I recommend everyone to hold onto their hard earned money and go anywhere else. This site's reviews are all paid bots/fake. I ordered a paper from a "5 star professor". However Professor Lily's paper was not acceptable for an university level psychology course. AVOID HER AND THIS SERVICE. Did not receive a single mark. It was a zero.

Customer service was unhelpful, and their policies are not clear. This is set up as a scam which I unfortunately fell for, but I hope everyone reading this learns.

Hello my experience has been great I've had a few problems that have been fixed and some haven't that I just told myself to just forget. The prices sometimes are extremely to high even if I'm not needing the paper until a week or two or three later so that is ridiculous and show change but other than that I love them

I have used the service many times and have had a pretty good experience so far. I don't think I would use if I needed something immediately as I seem to have to reiterate my needs even after sending specific instructions each time. The service is best for a straight research paper. Outlines or presentations or anything out of the norm are sometimes more difficult but I have been able to use the information to reformat on my own, so I guess I have sometimes paid for the research. I have never submitted one of the papers without having to tweak it a bit but all in all a great resource to save time. It has definitely been worth the money so far.

I ordered an essay from Edubirdie.com they charge me $10 in order to choose a professional writer for me, they charge me also 15% for platinum writer. After that the writer didn't even bother to read my requirements an wrote about something else it was out of topic and contest, and I told her about that she asked me to let her do a revision. The revised paper was delivered 3 days after the due date. When I tried to reach with their customer service no one tried to help me or solve the issue the I asked for a refund but they said no.
Total charge was $69.34.

Poor service, poor essay writing. Only out to prey on vulnerability of students. The writers are remotely based and have no clue what to write about. They do not follow instructions. The quality of the essay does not meet the criteria and the number of occasions I have used their services, they have failed me big time as a result I had to seek for a much better service somewhere else. I advise that anyone seeking their support should not even attempt. It is a waste of money and time. I will never use their services again. The second discount they give you is all fake too because when you apply it is 3 times more expensive than the initial quote.

I just recently order 3 days ago for an essay, and told the specialist to cancel it since the deadline was already pass due. The specialist said okay we will handle all of it. So I proceed to leave all the responsibilities on their hand. Couple day later I get no refund and writer still intent to finish it after I told them not to. Not planning to come back soon or later. If you are planning to purchase their service, just don't. Go use pendragon

I used EduBirdie for the first time and went to do and order. Everything was good and then I submitted it to my professor and she graded it with D, saying there is a lot of things that were missing and I didn't even get e refund or anything with this. Never using this site again!

Please be careful on this scam company as they are taking money but you are not guaranteed a good great, but yet when the writers binding your work each of them is saying that the will provide a the higher great! But I have failed each of my essay this year! And they had to rewriting each of the essay sometimes twice, or my revision time gone and I had to pay someone else to finish the job so is not worth it to hire any of this writer's as I had two and non of them provide a quality work! Please don't waste your money like I have done unfortunately :(! !

My writer had not made me satisfied with the quality of her paper. She has grammar mistakes, punctuation mistakes, wrong use of tenses. Fluent english was not used, and on top of that she uploaded my paper after the deadline. I tell the customer support representative to cancel my order and give me a refund. After 3 days I get an email from Edubirdie that we received your payment, however I never released the payment as I told them to cancel my order. I then tell the customer support again and they again send my order to the QA department. Today I got an email from them and they said your reasons were not reasonable enough for cancelling the order, therefore they took my money from me without making me satisfied. You guys can see it in the screen shot I took of their email. I would never recommend anyone to use this site. They are only money machines they do not help people in reality.
