Most probably, you will be choosing "professionals" based on the customers' feedback on the work they've received. Apparently, you can leave your review only in limited time frame, which implies that you will potentially not even receive grade for the assignment yet to make solid opinion on the work.
The limited time frame is given just to manipulate customers to leave positive reviews. After failing your exam you will be able neither ask for refund (obviously) nor leave/change your feedback.

Beware! Total ripped off! They claim to start at 13.99 but end up charging 30 USD per page. False and misleading advertisements. They will quote a price, create an order Id, then later ask for more funds. Incompetent support team. Wrong inputs/entries on orders so they could ask more money. They don't owe up to their mistakes, and put the whole blame on clients. There are other sites way better than this. Do more research.

It was a decent experience. I needed an essay on short notice, and the bidding system allowed me to choose a writer within my budget. The quality was good, it was worth it for the convenience.

I gave the site a one star because I paid for an assignment and the guidelines were not followed. When I reached out to them they stated I was past my days for revision. I showed them proof where I had just received the grade and they still wanted me to repurchase another paper

Before you submit an order you are asked to submit instructions and rubrics. Needless to say they disregard the instructions and just do what they like. One of my requests for 2 essays, was specifically the prohibition of using Ai as it is detectable. Needless to say they completely disregarded that and used it anyways. When I asked for a refund they denied it "claiming" that the Ai detector I used was not reliable. Mind you I used Originality.ai which happens to be one of the most accurate and up to date source for detecting AI.
With that being said, I recommend you don't use Edubirdie and write your own essay or just find another website that actually cares about its customers.
I bought 2 essays, both ai detected.
