I used EduBirdie for the first time and went to do and order. Everything was good and then I submitted it to my professor and she graded it with D, saying there is a lot of things that were missing and I didn't even get e refund or anything with this. Never using this site again!

We are sorry your experience was less than perfect! We provide a pre-paid service. So you are making a deposit, but the amount does not go straight to the writer, you are paying to the writer only when you are totally satisfied with the paper. Our refunds policy allows you to claim your money back as long as you haven't released them to your writer. We immensely appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. This is not the experience we wish to create for our customers and we will definitely work on the improvements.
