In fairness to eDreams, they did refund me for the second ticket they made me buy from them - instead of doing what they promise on flexible tickets, which is change the date. They also refunded me half the cost of the Prime membership I never asked for. They did this after I threatened to keep posting about them, to contact the EU's consumer complaints division and to take them to court. They're still in profit to the tune of £50 and I will cancel the Prime membership and notify my banks. But it shows that they will refund you. It just requires making a lot of fuss, which takes time, and being persistent. As for the company, I'm unsure whether they're really crooks or inefficient, or just chancers. Most likely, they try it on and hope most people won't bother to fight them.
I bought a ticket thru eDreams via Skyscanner. I had already been conned by them, unwittingly, into a so-called Prime Membersbip which entitles you to free date changes and cancellations. I had to change my ticket date. After days of emails and hours of calls, in which they first claimed they couldn't find a flight on the date I wanted (their agent and I both found it in seconds), then claimed 'for technical issues' they couldn't process the change, they conned me into buying a totally new ticket on the promise of an illusory refund for the first one. There are thousands of posts from people also scammed by eDreams who've received no refunds. I've received nothing yet. This company should not be operating at all. They should be prosecuted. Please watch out for them on sites like Skyscanner and avoid them at all costs.

For weeks I have been looking for a good price to book my holiday to finally eDreams helped me to find the best and the cheapest price to book for my holiday there is no wards to describe their services and it was double discount for me to have this booking ( easy to book and way too cheap)
I made a mistake with my daughter's date of birth. I tried getting it corrected but never got any help. Will never use them again.

Not different much then buying through airline site. Some windows popping bothering to add luggage and stuff. Received e-ticket straight from airline, just with a better price.
It's was done and dusted in 10 minutes, all the details were easy to find and hotels and cars came up at the same time when one would need them

I didn't know if I was doing it correctly and I wasn't sure if the site was real or a fraud. It took me over 30 minutes to complete when it should have taken more like 10 minutes to book a flight and then come to find out I have to pay extra for a carry on? I know that is probably the airline. Nothing was clear and I was confused through the whole process.

Once in Kuwait I was at the Mercy of Indigo a low budget airline who charged me €209.00 for the Baggage I had booked with Kuwait. 2 checked baggage's of 46 KG. There is highlighter on your website warning Passengers of this dupe. I would classify this as a fraud to sell cheap tickets where the overall experience of the passenger is compromised! I found out the flight cheaper than other sites. Make the bookings for flights or hotels through the eDreams is very quickly and easy.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
