I needed my booking invoice and i got it very quickly and everything was perfect.
I bought a ticket for Delhi from Kolkata the charge was US $69.77. And then without any warning, they charged my card $110.68. I called them and then a woman named Esha tells me that $40.91 is the service charge. Yes $ 41 service charge on a $69 ticket. And they never told me about it and did not send the receipt either when I booked the ticket.
The woman Esha would not connect me to her supervisor, would not give name of her supervisor, would not give me the address of the company so that I can legally contact them and challenge or complain. And when I demanded invoice she would not send me the invoice immediately. Only after two hours she sent me the invoice when I demanded it.
If while purchasing I knew that they are going ot add a service charge of $40.91 on a ticket costing 69.77, I would not even bother to buy a ticket from them. They never sent us the invoice earlier as soon as purchase was done.
This place is rip off. Never buy a ticket from them. I am going to report them for bad faith business practices.
I sure hope they go bankrupt soon.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
