Fast and easy experience of booking a flight. Cheaper than on other sites
Access all areas, booked both flight and hotel and will probably go back and book car hire too.
I booked a flight, was automatically subscribed to "Prime" something-or-other, with no obvious way to unsubscribe. I called their support number, was told they were having computer problems and would call back within an hour. No response.
All went smoothly and quickly. The price was attractive and completing the purchase was easy.
I had a confirmed reservation and after almost 2 months it got cancelled and obliged me to make a new one...with extra cost. I am afraid that might happen again as the flight date gets closer.
It's a good experience to book my flight using edreams for Scotland

Went through Google Flights and selected eDreams and was able to save a little bit more. Had to go back thru the airline's official site to add my KTN though as eDreams doesn't include this info. Overall it was easy to save some money.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
