Terrible, disappointing & would not use again

1. Edreams never informed the airline of the luggage we'd paid to check
2. They did nothing to rectify the problem when we informed them there was no record of our checked in luggage on the boarding pass
3. Edreams told us to repay the airline to check in our luggage & they'd refund us- confirmation of repayment sent in writing.
4. It's been over a month & still no refund even after numerous promises they would refund us in full.

Edreams showed my amount in local ccy which was SGD and then charged me the same in USD.
Should have booked directly at the airline and would gave saved 35-40%.
Will never use this platform again.

WORST INTERNET MAFIA

I admit being stupid for using such a website to book three tickets and to pay an extra fee for cancellation and assistance insurance.
They never help or answer. Even if you overcharge call them, they waste your time and never help.
They are the worst at doing business.

I had made a air ticket booking on Dreams for $1519. 74, but they charged me AUD 1565. 94. Which was unauthorised charges of AUD 46.20, which I haven't got the refund yet. But the charges on my credit card was actually 1612. 91 (TOTAL SCAM), It was AUD 46.97 as foreign fees (Really? The final amount was in AUD and I paid in AUD). Then the price match I found it on an another website for AUD 1350 and had emailed them all they give is lame excuses for escape the price match and unauthorised charges. I have taken the complain to Fair Trading. I am not leaving it until I get the refund I am entitled to.

Its a struggle but can be resolved!

After struggling to get through to edreams and the insurance company regarding the refund of y ticket, I finally received a confirmation saying that would refund would be issued. I had to provide the insurance company with documents but hopefully I will get my money back soon. It should not be so hard to get in touch with edreams directly as their call center is not so helpful.

Be careful when you book. I paid extra for my cancellation and
Reservation change when I booked my flight with edreams, and when I
Attempted to change my reservation the next day, they wanted to charge
Me the price of a whole new ticket! They would not cancel my ticket so
I could buy a new one. There is a DOUBLE fee when you try to change,
One to the call center and one to the airline. The call center/edreams
Charges about 60 dollars if not more, BE CAREFUL!

HORRIBLE experience

HORRIBLE experience with eDreams. I input 4 passengers departing August 1st into their site, they booked me for August 13th and then "were not able" to amend their error or refund my money despite hours on the phone with customer service!

If you want to have a nice and relaxed trip and enjoy some positive energy after, avoid Edreams at any cost. It is a terrible experience since the reservation to the invoicing.

My experience:
- When you search flights at Edreams, prices are cheaper than anywhere else. However, when you reach the end of the process, and you are tired enough to search for other alternative, the price has increased absurdly due to payment method expenses, service fees, insurance expenses, and other stupid expenses they charge you. You start feeling you were fooled
- If you contract an insurance to cover flight change costs you will find that it only covers Edreams services. Edreams wont charge you nothing to change the flight but you will have to pay the cost charged by the airline, which can be 100 USD or more
- Edreams offers a nice automatic online check-in service. Forget it. It did not work. When I tried to do the online check-in with the airline it was too late. I had to go to the airport 3 hours before the flight to ensure I would get a seat because it was overbooked
- I downloaded the invoices and noticed a difference of 70 euros between the amount charged on the credit card and the total amount of the invoices. The credit card is from a company, so I need an invoice. I asked Edreams support and they said I must ask the invoice to the insurance company. After finding the name of the insurance company on the flight information, I contacted the insurance and they answered that the invoice must be issued by Edreams. And here started a sequence of emails, Facebook chat and international phone calls to Edreams and, when they answer, either they say the same "the insurance company must issue the invoice, bye", but they won't, or they tell me they will send it by email, but they don't. I started commenting posts on the Edreams Portuguese Facebook page about this problem, because they don't answer to my chat, and they just ignored my comments. They don't even seem to care if you complain. This is very simple to solve. If they charged me 70 Euros on my card, either they send me and invoice, or tell the insurance company to send me one (I tried unsuccessfully several times) or give me back my money.
To finish, if you want to avoid extra costs, international call costs, absurd problems, and dealing with a third world customer service, don't use Edreams.

Than 40 minutes on the line, Indian guy with 0 understanding transfer you to their headoffice in Barcelona (after 20 minute on the line of course), the Spanish guy, by mistake, cancelled your ticket (without any approval from your side), but you will understand that via email few days after, right after your call with WTF question they will say we will listen to audio recording please wait, 3 days after they will promise to listen it today, 24 hour before the flight they will said that they placed *******@urgent on your request, please stay calm and listening one more hour for our $#*!ty music on the line

Horrible company. Run!

Are you looking for a truly horrible experience? Well then you have come to the right place! This company out sources all its "customer service" calls to India or the like (I know that isn't all that uncommon). But the kicker is they never have a supervisor on shift. Weird right? I called to change the return ticket of one passenger and was very rudely told the amount and that I would have to pay the fair difference. Not a big deal except the fair I was purchasing was less than the one I originally bought. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one was not on but would be on in the morning (their time). I called back at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning (their) time and was told the amount has changed and the woman on the line said the fee was now higher than on Friday. I checked the fairs while on the phone with her and told her the fair was now $50 less than what I had originally purchased. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told a supervisor was not on shift and would not be available for 4 hours (noon?). I asked how long the supervisor would be on shift and they said from that point on. I said that's not possible as when I called Friday, their was no supervisor on shift. When I asked again how long a supervisor would be on shift the lady hung up on me. Not professional in the least and I will never, ever, purchase anything from this company ever again. I suggest you skip this company all together and just hit your head against the wall. It's less painful.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are not accommodating or understanding or realistic for any issues you have after booking a flight. I booked my flight and got divorced after the fact. I called to change my name on the flight and originally, they told me they couldn't/wouldn't do a name change on the flight. I called at least 3 more times between them and the airline and finally got them to change me name (my passport had been updated - I can't even get on the flight I booked wihtout the names matching!). Second, they have no toll free/international number. I am currently active duty, stationed in Japan. The 40+ minute phone calls with them cost me hundreds of dollars in phone bills because they had no other number. Next, a hurricane hit Hawaii (where I was planning to go) AND I got an order from my commander there NO ONE was to fly out to Hawaii until further notice - I could not get on the flight. They refunded me LESS THAN HALF the ticket price. During my 36 hours of continuing to call them to discuss cancellation and refunds, they hung up on me multiple times. I will never book through this company again and hope no one else does either. Horrible customer service.

I'll never use Edreams again, true scam, forget this agency you will be lucky if you use without paying anything else.
The reservation plattform duplicated the surname and I had to cancel the flights, when the information of the air company is that this kind of errors doesn't cost anything to solve. I had to call around 10 times and spend a lot of money calling for nothing. EDREAMS is a SCAM.

I'll be posting my review on all review platforms. I made a terrible mistake of using edreams without reading existing reviews. So I hope you read and stay away from this service. This service has zero customer service. Zero clarity within what they call the confirmation email. Nothing works on their platform. I tried to reach them and make a request (simply to ask for an actual eticket with an actual pnr and eticket number present) but the only thing you can do is basically just fill out invoice forms or conf email request forms etc. they have an 800 no that doesnt work, online chat doesnt work. Basically the only customer service they are willing to provide is whatever automated service they have... if those work of course. I can't believe how i ended up making such a big mistake of purchasing a ticket through them... just because i was directed to them via booking.com. Terrible mistake!

Dont buy from edreams.

Don't buy from edreams. Their service is awful. First you should pay for calling them if u have any problem or question 1.83 euro/min. Second their operator are not expert and they just say you should wait. They allow you to pay by paypal but after that if something is wrong they send you and email that the payment is not done and... they wasted my 3 hours.

Horrible company!

Booked a ticket and everything seem ok... they even give me a reservation number and then 2 hours late I got an email saying that my booking was canceled. I will not be buying tickets from this website ever again. This is just absurd! I could have bought tickets with a different site and now the prices went up and all they can say is we are sorry is not in our hand... are you kidding me? Then why have it advertised! Bad bad bad company! Wish I can give them minus 5 stars!

I spent 2 years trying to get money back that was wrongly booked from my credit card. I even went to the local newspaper which printed my saga and edreams had "no comment" and did not reply to the newspaper. I can not believe that this company is still allowed to run. I went in circles and they were never ever able to explain why the money was booked and for what and I never received my money back! Do NOT book with this company please because in no way should this criminal activity be supported!

I didn't even book with this company but they managed, without any security checks, to issue tickets to someone who used my credit card details. Try finding a contact for them and you will be hunting for a very long time. Looking at the reviews it seems others have had similar issues.

I uploaded some seriously bad reviews of them on another review site and suddenly I was getting someone to contact. She spouted the same nonsense you are all getting: nothing they could do, complete police form(does not work where I live or for online transactions). Visa has a Verified One-Time-Password that this company says it is signed up to but did not use. They are basic thieves who are enriching themselves and the pockets of criminals by failing to put in place any checks to prevent hackers from flying the globe. It would be perfectly easy for them to see who used my card and cancel their booking but, no, such a sleazy bunch of crooks aren't going to hand back what they are not entitled to. If you live in Barcelona, do us all a favour. Put posters all over their offices warning others not to touch them and, very possibly, leading to an investigation about their practices. They bring Spain into disrepute.
